Hôtel simple et pas cher
Pros:

Petit hôtel avec un prix très correct. Chambre petite mais propre et rénovée. Salle de bains vieillotte et pas très fonctionnelle.
Petit dejeuner avec commande sur menu. Peu de choix au final. Mais vu le prix ...

Cons:

L abattant des wc qui ne tenait pas. Ils sont venus le réparer mais après il était de travers. La vitre de la douche petite donc on a tendance à inonder le wc situé à côté.
Des chaussons qui ne sont pas à usage unique et pas tres propres en apparence

Hotel pulito, accogliente, stanza sufficientemente spaziosa, dotata di minifrigo, asciugacapelli e saponi per la doccia. La posizione è comodissima, a pochi passi dalle spiagge di Cat Ba, così come dai tanti ristoranti. Il personale è gentilissimo, mi hanno aiutata nella scelta della crociera e nella prenotazione del transfer per la destinazione successiva. Ottimo anche il servizio lavanderia.

Good stay
Pros:

The beds were very comfortable and the shower had good water pressure and was hot. The breakfast was good and most importantly the lady who runs the hotel was very helpful and kind and we booked a tour though her which was easy enjoyable.

Cons:

Up a hill which isn’t really a negative just something to make people aware of

Location, spacious room, kind staff members, breakfast was fine.

Cons:

It wasn't super clean, stains and hairs on the bed (we did get clean bedding when asked), there was still something left in the toilet from previous users (so likely not cleaned) and some mold in the fridge.

Pros:

Friendly, helpful and caring staff. We were lucky to be able to extend our stay and we could stay in the same rooms. Also organised the airport bus and takeaway breakfast due to early departure.

Staff accogliente e sempre gentile e disponibile, i ragazzi al ricevimento parlano molto bene inglese quindi è stata molto facile la comunicazione.
Buona colazione e posizione ottima per girare l isola.
Camera spaziosa, pulita e silenziosa dotata di tutto il necessario. Letti comodissimi!
Abbiamo passato una notte in più del previsto, da tornare sicuramente!

Comfortable stay with good trips and bus tickets options
Pros:

The owners helped managed to obtain bus tickets from Hanoi and to Ninh Binh. They also booked a boat trip to Lanha bay. All were for very good prices comparing with offers we saw in both Cat Ba and Hanoi. The breakfest was okay. Room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. The location was also good.
