Worst hotel ever
Every thing was bad
The view was good, Barlowganj is a bit away from main Mussoorie, so it was quiet and nice. The food was quite good.
The rooms were not clean. Came and spoke to the front desk about it but the lady was rude and uncooperative.
Had to wait for the next day for the rooms to be cleaned.
Pathetic experience in that regard since the rooms were in no way value for money.
The location view and isolation of the property.
Service is slow, some items not available from the menu to order, even limited opion in buffet.

Location was very good and hotel was also looking good from outside.
I had a horrible experience in the hotel. I had booked the hotel on urgent basis one night before only and I was coming from Gurgaon but when I reached there, I came to know that they have cancelled my booking without even informing. They said you have not made advance payment so you cant stay here. I has to fight with them very hard and I found out that they had rooms but they just did not want to give me the room. The room quality was also not good. There was seepage all over the room. The breakfast quality was also very poor.
There are lot of monkeys...the staff are trying their level best but its still a nuisance.
The staff, the food, the location were so very good. Its a very good place to relax and heal from daily life stress.

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The rooms were not clean at all. Before booking, I had specifically asked for pictures, but they only shared images of their best rooms, which did not reflect the actual condition.
There was no proper parking space for cars. We were asked to park under a tree, and falling leaves left our car extremely dirty. No effort was made by the staff to help or even offer to clean it.
A special mention for the receptionist, Rebecca, who was extremely arrogant and lacked basic courtesy while speaking.
We reached the hotel around 11 AM and had two rooms booked. We requested if at least one room could be provided early (just to freshen up), we were ready to pay extra for it too but instead, we were made to wait and were only given both rooms together at 1:30 PM. It was disappointing that they couldn’t accommodate such a simple request even if one room might have been ready earlier.
Overall, it was a pathetic experience, and I would not recommend this place.
