Cons:

The bathroom was too smelly on the first day and it was not in good clean condition

I had informed multiple times to the house keeping lady foe cleaning and was not been cleaned when l came back at night
This has happened twice and l had informed the front office at night

Someone was knocking the door at night 11:20 pm and had to call the receptionist at night
This was also repeated in the morning, when l checked it was the same man

And during daytime around 11am an old lady just pushed the door and tried to open the door

Location was very good... the scenic beauty was awesome. The reception staff are very good

Cons:

There were no tissues even in the bathrooms. There was no Shower Gel, Shampoo, or even a soap holder in the bath. Food was bad, there was a lot on the menu, but no items were available. Breakfast timing is not suitable

Pros:

Location view from room was amazing. Breakfast was limited and acceptable. But don’t buy any food extra from the restaurant of the hotel as this is super expensive.

Cons:

Please provide food at the restaurant with reasonable price. WiFi connection was poor during the stay which could be improvised.

couldnt fault Park. great start point for cochin visit.
Pros:

reception staff exceptional/later arrival with 25kg bags each. Teed up driver next day/no problems.

Cons:

day after we arrive was Lord Shiva fasting day so all temples full/timing problem was ours!

Pros:

Room was clean.
Size of the room was just ok.

Cons:

Room service was too slow. They took 1 hour 20 minutes to serve just tea and lemon juice.
Staff were not so friendly. Checkout time was 11.00 am, we requested to extend till 12.00 and they denied, though it was not fully occupied
