Overall,the staff were all polite and very helpful.
Pros:

The breakfast was great,however it would be nice if they provide a knife when it comes to utensils not just spoon and fork.

Cons:

The road noise was loud, and on my 2nd night the occupants next door were too loud. I had a hard time sleeping.

Das ganze Hotel ist sehr gut,das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, das Essen ist wirklich super lecker und die Lage ist toll.Es gibt nichts auszusetzen.Die 9 Tage waren sehr schön und wir werden wiederkommen.

Pros:

Breakfast was good and delicious. Location is quiet far from malaybalay, but it was just a short rides. The road is not busy with traffic.

Overall, I had a good stay at your hotel.
Pros:

The breakfast was adequate, but quite small. The bed was comfortable, the staff was very good and accommodating, but You need to provide some sort of non-slip mat in the shower as I fell in the shower due to it's extreme slipperiness.

No mat was provided for the slippery shower floor. I fell in the shower due to it's extreme slipperiness. Everything else was fine.

Een mooi hotel aan de rand van Valencia
Pros:

Het personeel is heel vriendelijk. De kamer is netjes en alles is goed onderhouden. Het restaurant op de 6e verdieping is goed met fijne bediening. Het uitzicht is boven verwachting mooi.
