Pros:

Don't be put off just because its not in the middle of Shinjuku, its a super quick train ride away and either station is less than 5 minutes walk from this hotel. Great location between two train stations and a vibrant area with alot of restaurants

Cons:

Having to take your shoes off when you enter the front door to walk to your room door

Lack of information on entry, albeit early morning, access to hallway of. "hotel" was easy but access to bedroom was dire, why do Booking.com give you a PIN yet when you arrive at this venue it completely disregard this.
Eventually, after about 20.minutes hovering around someone appeared from the first room in the hall, unannounced, didn't introduce themselves, not a great situation after travelling all day.
"hotel" best described as a HOSTEL, windowless, no seating and the bed was about 6"off the ground. Sorry, but would not reco2.

Japanese style lodging in shinjuku
Pros:

Hotel staff was responsive to our questions and kept the room even though we were late with checkin by 1 day. The room had heating, there was hot water in the lobby and the place was quiet.

Cons:

Not sure I could say it here but a warning to westerners - the bed is firm, small and the blanket didn’t cover two people. I suppose it’s Japanese style, but I wish someone warned me.

Pros:

Das Zimmer war genau das was ich mir vorgestellt habe. Das Personal war super und eine große Hilfe.
Der Kühlschrank war optimal auch unten die Küche war gut .

In der Umgebung gibt es Essen und Nahrungsversorgung genug und Getränkeautomaten gibt es auch mehr als genug .

Das Bett war weich und die Spiegel Anzahl optimal.
Es hat sie ein bisschen wie richtiges wohnen in Shinjuku angefühlt.

Cons:

Die Lautstärke des Ladens Gegenüber war schon zwischen durch hart in der Nacht oder am frühen Morgen aber dafür kann das Hotel nichts.

Der Fernseher ging nicht das war das einzige aber da wir viel unterwegs war es auch nicht so schlimm.

혼자여행객이라면 추천합니다.
Pros:

시내와 가깝고 신주쿠까지 도보로 이동이 가능한 거리입니다. 방음이 조금 아쉬웠지만 모든 투숙객이 다 같이 조심하는 분위기라 크게 문제되지 않았습니다. 와이파이 역시 끊김없이 잘 연결되었습니다. 혼자 여행하시는분이라면 적극 추천합니다.

Cons:

예약을 하고 갔으나 직원이 상주하고 있지않아서 당황스러웠습니다. 메일에 체크인 방법을 보내줘서 숙소에 체크인 할 수 있었습니다.

部屋が広く快適でした。
ドライバーとかの設備も整っておりよかったです。
バス停　汽車乗り場にも近くてよかった。

Cons:
