Good value for money!
Pros:

Value for money is excellent at this accommodation, especially for Tokyo! Very easy and straightforward check in, the room was clean and had all amenities, and it was in a great location near the subway and many food options.

Cons:

The walls are a bit thin, so you can hear your upstairs and downstairs neighbors, but everyone was pretty quiet and considerate during our stay so it was no problem at all.

Faciliter pour se rendre et équipement présent (frigo, serviette, etc)

Cons:

Difficulter a communiquer avec les employés. Après notre départ nous leur avons écrit afin de savoir s'il avait quelque chose que nous croyons avoir oublier, et nous n'avons jamais eu de retour de leur part.

Pros:

Posizione perfetta per i mezzi.
Esperienza con futon da provare.
Servizi nella stanza in comune molto utili.
Molti lamentano rumori, ma cosi non è stato. Probabilmente dipende dagli altri ospiti. Sicuramente l’insonorizzazione generale non è ottimale.

Cons:

Si può sicuramente migliorare la pulizia generale.

位在韓人街，可以體驗異國風情的住宿地點
Pros:

房價配備齊全，連身體乳液都有，交通超級方便，喜歡新宿跟韓國街的話非常推薦，服務人員非常nice，讓人感受很好~~

Pros:

Хозяин отвечает на вопросы вовремя, инструкцию как заселиться прислал заблаговременно, нашли легко. Номер превзошел ожидания- мы ожидали матрас на полу, но нас встретила двуспальная кровать и мягкий кожаный диван!
Рядышком местное кафе, где мы ели вкуснейшие раммоны за 680 йен ( в дугах местах ~1000-1300)
Макдональдс тоже в 3 мин
В отзывах читали, что шумно, так как внизу магазины; но они закрылись в 11-12, и после этого тишина.
На 1 этаже уютная кухня, где можно попить чай и кофе, разогреть еду, там же перекусить.
Метро рядом, автобусы, локация очень понравилась
Рекомендую.

Pros:

Location is excellent, the private room is massive by Tokyo standards. Staff were lovely and let us check in early and leave our bags there after check out. Would absolutely stay here again. Very easy to get to, quite side street, but close to two train stations.

Pros:

Ubicacion excelente. La cama y la habitacion muy comoda para extranjeros. La calle sobre la que esta la estancia no es de las mejorcitas de Tokyo pero esta muy cerca de 2 estaciones. Caminar por la zona fue lindo y esta lleno de negocios para comprar cosas. El servicio estuvo muy bien y el sector compartido nos ayudo mucho para poder comer y lavar la ropa.
