Cons:

My confirmed booking was unexpectedly cancelled, and I was informed only after I reached the hotel after a long and exhausting journey. The status on Booking.com was still showing “confirmed”, but I was informed that no room was available.
Update: After posting this review, people from Hotel Aarna started calling on my phone to take this review down!
