Fine for 1 night. Very loud neighbors that do not respect the 11pm quiet hours. People were up until 4am running the hal

I will be back to Montreal on another season, I will definitely choose this place again.
Pros:

I absolutely loved the location! Walking distance to the best restaurants and grocery nearby. Is very nicely decorated and clean too.

Cons:

The elevator for the luggage was not working well. However the staff was super quick solving it. A very great service

I arrived at the booked property(Arcadia Hotel Boutique, Montreal-Canada) and was denied access, despite having a confirmed reservation with PIN code through Booking.com, with no concierge or onsite support available. The property’s online staff informed me I had no reservation, contrary to my confirmation, and were uncooperative and misleading in resolving my situation. This constitutes a clear breach of contract and misrepresentation of services offered.

Acces difficile a la chambre, odeur de cigarette importante

Senteur de cigarette importante dans la chambre.
Aucun code d'acces ne ma été envoyé préalablement pour entrer dans l'édifice, puis dans la chambre. J,ai du téléphonné, la personne ne parlait qu'anglais et avait un gros accent difficile a comprendre

Très déçu de l’orientation de la chambre sinon très belle rénovation

Tout les équipements étaient parfait y compris le lit très confortable

Cons:

Le descriptif indiquait vue que le fleuve malheureusement la 307 donne sur une rue avec des vis-à-vis important sur les appartements de l’immeuble en face . Donc rideaux fermés en permanence … vraiment déçu

A charming place to stay in Montreal.
Pros:

Acadia Hotel boutique was the perfect place to stay in Montreal. It was close to many great restaurants, coffee shops, and an easy walk down to the boardwalk along the water. The staff answered any questions I had, and checked in to make sure our visit was going smoothly. The room was clean, comfortable and charming. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Montreal.

Cons:

The only thing we didn’t like about our stay, was the fact that we couldn’t stay longer.

Pros:

Lots of amenities, ability to cook if wanting to. Great location, right at the heart of old Montreal. Easy to access and also has a luggage elevator so you don’t need to climb up stairs with them. Comfy beds. Great view of the river.

Cons:

Didn’t enjoy the hidden fee after booking the property (security fees non refundable).
Small sink in the bathroom. Otherwise great :)

Acadia Hotel Boutique is a delightful, comfortable, clean hotel great location in old town Montreal
Pros:

Arcadia was a great location, clean, updated, spacious, unit 303 had views on the River which I requested. The staff were so friendly and responsive. The air conditioning worked great which was needed on the extremely hot days we visited Montreal. The shampoo and soap products in the unit were so luxurious and made my hair and skin feel so healthy, that I went to Ruby Brown directly in the city to purchase all the products. Love them!
I would definitely stay here again next time in Montreal.

Cons:

The tile in the shower was too slippery, needs a bathmat. When I mentioned this to Benjamin, he said they’re working on a solution to that and in the meantime he would provide extra towels we could put on the shower floor to keep from slipping. That worked.
