The room is clean and tidy

1) no hot water
2) no front office staff. Waited 30 minutes for them to come.

The hotel is located in a very convenient location. The surrounding area is full of eateries and convenient stores. The room is spacious, and the bed is comfortable. The staffs are friendly and helpful.

Cons:

There is no private parking. This busy area is always full of visitors and parking is difficult to find. Car parks are only available after business hours, late evening.
