Very disappointing and not as advertised.
Cons:

Bathroom was not connected to the room but more closely aligned to a dormitory.
Bathroom odour, similar to a sewerage smell wafted from the bathroom during the night.
Hallway lighting kept the room lit up during the night.
No mirror in room only one small mirror in the common bathroom.

Historical gem in Bombala
Pros:

Warm, welcoming and comfortable space. Friendly, welcoming staff and access to the pub for meals which were large and tasty. Toasty fireplace in the bar made it perfect for a sit and a chat.

Cons:

If you have a lot of luggage be aware you will have to carry it up stairs.

The bed was so comfortable and the room very clean. The lady behind the bar was exceptionally kind to customers as I waited and so kind to me. The pub has a really lovely vibe downstairs and the room was quiet.

Excellent pub food, welcoming, friendly staff.

Cons:

Unfortunately there was a noise disturbance from the bar until 3.15 AM, when we had to come down and ask for the loud music to be turned off. No obvious manager on-site to assist. As a result we didn't really get any sleep, which was much needed after a very long journey, with another one planned the next day. No manager was available at checkout to discuss the issues.

Toilets /showers down
Other end to where room was and the shower was leaking hot and cold either water was boiling hot or freezing cold and not really anywhere to store your stuff only hooks on door
