The room is nice and modern
After the room was cleaned, the bed was not properly made or tucked in according to normal hotel standards. I even showed the issue to the staff multiple times, but every time I returned, the bed sheets was still not properly fixed. While the room appeared clean, it made me question whether the cleaning was done thoroughly because the bed was left looking unfinished.
There was also a lack of proper communication from both the front desk and housekeeping staff. I raised the concern several times, yet the same issue continued throughout my stay.
If you are staying in the rooms located at the back area of the hotel, be aware that you may hear children running around, even during the evening.
Overall, the hotel is modern, and the hallways are clean and well-maintained. However, the way the beds are made can leave guests wondering whether the room has been cleaned to a proper standard. Better put also a note that they can avail free water in the front dest than giving a unsealed water in the container

This is a great property, and I've already described it after my previous stay. I'd like to add that I had an early morning flight, and the staff easily prepared a full breakfast for me, served two hours before their usual time. Very courteous service, a clean and comfortable room, and a very good location.
Well located, not far from the city center, close to the excellent local restaurant Navat and a great beer hall with twelve types of beers on tap. Very polite staff. Clean room equipped with a desk, armchair, chair, as well as a refrigerator. Good European breakfasts. A very pleasant place to stop and walk – the university park is nearby.
There is only one parking space for hotel guests, which is constantly occupied by a car, presumably the hotel's owner.
The staff is very hospitable and speaks English very well. The hotel is small, with only nine rooms, but they are comfortable and well-equipped. It is located on the ground floor of a residential building, so there can occasionally be some noise, but it is not a major issue because the soundproofing is very good.
The reception staff is always friendly and ready to help with anything you need. Breakfast is simple and homely rather than a large buffet, but it is more than sufficient. The beds are wide and comfortable, and the air conditioning works perfectly.
There's no need to overpay for branded hotel chains. By choosing a small independent hotel like this, you can often get better quality and more personal service for a lower price.
Would like to stay more nights there...
