Pros:

Не плохой отель, но ничего примечательного

Cons:

Договорилась с администратором во время регистрации о позднем выезде в 14:00. Я даже предложила оплатить поздний выезд, но мне сказали, что можно остаться до 14:00 без доплаты.

Однако в 12:30 в номер постучали и попросили освободить номер. Я объяснила, что заранее договаривалась о позднем выезде, но мне ответили, что это невозможно, так как администратор не передал эту информацию следующей смене.

При этом администратор начала делать меня виноватой в том, что я осталась дольше, и отвечала в довольно грубой форме. В итоге мне пришлось выехать раньше, хотя договорённость была.

Остался очень неприятный осадок из-за несогласованности персонала и такого отношения к гостям. Больше, к сожалению, не планирую останавливаться в этом месте.

Pros:

Завтрак очень вкусный особенно фруктовый пирог.

Cons:

Ужасная ночь — невозможно было спать.
Начиная с 22:00 и до самого утра (до 04:00 и позже) с верхнего этажа раздавался сильный шум — крики, смех, звуки от игр. Судя по голосам, это была компания молодых людей, вероятно, устроивших ночной игровой клуб или вечеринку.
Я надеялся, что они успокоятся, но нет — шум продолжался до утра. Я не спал всю ночь, а утром у меня был важный судебный процесс, на который я не смог прийти отдохнувшим. Это полностью испортило мой визит.
