Not Part of FabHotel Chain
Pros:

Not part of Fabhotel Chain. They refused to let me check in by saying that the hotel is not part of fabhotel chain. I already made payment online through fab app. So far, I am unable to contact fabhotel because there is no option to call fabhotel customer care. Don’t know if I will get refund for money I already paid.

They are not allowing check in for online bookings and payments made online. Don’t know if I will get refund.

Pros:

The staff is fine and allowed me for an early check-in though he informed me that there is extra cost for early check-ins number of times.

Cons:

there was no breakfast served and the property desk person told that there is no Breakfast that can be served even though I had booked a room with breakfast.

Pros:

Location was fine. Staff was polite

Cons:

Rooms had stinking smell.
No one at the reception to attend to calls for any help.
Swiggy guy knocked at the door ad there was no one at the reception to stop, which makes it very unsafe for female guests
Breakfast was picked from a road side vendor. Wrapped in a paper and chutney poured in plastic bag. They only provided paper plates in the name of cutlery

The place was closed.

Guys, this property pics online are fake. The property is not yet operational. We made some advance payment as well, when we reached the property, they sent us back saying they are not yet operational, and that someone created a fake profile and that it’s not their fault. It’s a new building which just completed construction. Imagine our agony when we reached early in the morning at 7.30 am to be told that the property we booked is not yet operational and the pics of the rooms on booking.com are fake. I expected booking.com and Oyo to do better on-ground diligence before onboarding any and every hotel. Funnily, oyo refuses to pay back the advance amount as according to their ops team, that hotel exists. A bunch of total nincompoops. My learning - never pay advance amount for bookings esp. Oyo through booking.com
