Ok
Dirty, shared bathroom. Extremely hard mattress. Unprofessional, unhelpful staff. Bad location.

I had a nice room and a fun company, fun neighbors. Thank you very much for this place. I liked it.
I just like the location and owner was nice guy.
Well actually, owner was kind but my room was so dirty. I told the owner please change my room because this room is dirty he actually did it but to be honest second room olso not so clean. There was some hair on the bed.
Arrived at hostel. They said my room is elsewhere, taken on back of scooter to other place, room smelt strongly mold, their wasnt a toilet yet the mold strong was very smell, dude said it was the paint, i know the smell of mold and demanded another room, was given another room though it took some back and fourth to get it they wanted me to stay in the mold ridden room.
Mold, and lack of apology and theyre persistence to keep me the moldy room.
Quiet location, balcony that you could sit out on drink coffee..
Just a stroll across the Long Biên bridge into the noisy old Quartier...
Beds were hard but that's what we like...
The bed was clean
The staff is not very helpful, they don't speak English, the bathroom was really dirty and don't have hot water...the picture are not very accurate but the room was clean at least and it's not expensive...
It’s neat
The management is so unprofessional
I booked a room online
On getting to the hostel
They me that the room is not available
I wasted my time and resource
The room was ok, it was big and it was a calm place.
The beds are not so comfortable, kitchen is dirty, it was not possible to have a good communication with the staff.
Close to Gia Lam Railway station which I required. House full of character as were owners. Bia Hoi and food literally next door. True Vietnamese area not touristy.
Bathroom not really private. No lift so have to drag cases up steep stairs. Overall good value and fine if you are used to staying in non tourist areas.
The location is great if you like to get away from the hustle and bustle of Hanoi. Very good and local food and coffee places around. The old quarter is a quick grab ride away.
When we arrived, we got a room without a window and a bathroom smelling of mold. When we asked to change rooms, we were told we had to wait until tomorrow. The new room was much better, but the bathroom was a swimming pool of urine.
Very hard beds, very thin pillows, and a very small blanket for two people.
Don't actually offer the services they advertise: empty toiletries, were sent to a laundromat to do our laundry, etc.
Cozy place , good stuff , near food shops more local area
Public bathroom
Just outside of the old quarter. Food options around. Quiet location.
Expensive for what you get
Gate locked at 10pm
