Pros:

Fruehstueck war gut, typisch philippinisch am bufett. Wir haben ein extra Bett bestellt fuer unerwarteten Besuch , das Personal war sehr kolant..auch mit der benutzung des Pools.

A very elegant Hotel for the price point, very helpful staff, great breakfast buffet, the outdoor pool are is quite lovely and spacious with alot of shaded ares for lounging.

Cons:

They add a "commission fee" if you booked through booking.com, although this is not described anywhere. When you complain they offer you to cancel your reservation and book 'at the counter'. So basically that means they use booking.com to get the customer (they don't have a phone number online), and the expenses for this service they push over to the customer or just not paying booking.com for their service. Very unfair.
