Avoid this premises if you want a good night's sleep.
Pros:

A staff member brought us to the train station

Cons:

Breakfast was very poor. We had no sleep on our second night . A party until 2 in the morning in the restaurant beneath our bedroom. We were up since 7 that morning and had an early start the next day. Management uninterested in dealing with our issues.

Esperienza In Sicilia da ricordare
Pros:

Posizione della struttura ottima a 100 metri dal casello autostradale di Bagheria , staff eccezionale attentissimo alle esigenze del cliente e non solo , mette sempre al centro il cliente coccolandolo ad esempio mi è stato offerto dallo staff un bagno in piscina e non solo si premuniva di contattare il cliente per capire le necessità del giorno dopo , colazione buona con le giuste quantità di pietanze per una colazione salutare , stanze nuovissime ,pulite, con biancheria bagno sostituita ogni mattina.

El personal era muy amable,no puedo opinar mucho más porque nos vinimos un día antes,la piscina la cobran aparte y es cara 10€ medio día,el ascensor muy lento pero algo positivo el personal.

Cons:

Il climatizzatore in camera non funzionava, ho passato la notte a 27 gradi insonne, ho provato a lamentarmi in piena notte con il responsabile del notturno che ha potuto solo constatare il problema.
Il clima in corridoio era spento sia la notte che di giorno quindi neanche in corridoio la situazione era migliore. Per un 4 Stelle e’ inaccettabile. E comunque non hanno fatto nulla, ne rimborsi , ne scuse. Non ha assolutamente le caratteristiche di un 4 stelle. Esperienza da forno crematoio.
Alla fine mi hanno detto: Comunicheremo alla direzione…

Pros:

Wir waren mit unseren drei Kindern in dem Hotel und hatten 2 Zimmer gemietet.
Die Zimmer waren schön eingerichtet und sauber. Zu dem Hotel gehört ein Restaurant, dass wir jeden Abend genutzt haben. Sehr leckere Pizza und gutes lokales Essen.
Den Pool haben wir nicht genutzt, daher können wir dazu keine Aussage machen.
Das Personal war sehr freundlich und sehr engagiert. Es war ein rund um schöner Aufenthalt hier und wir würden gerne wiederkommen.

The staff was wonderful, our room was always clean, and it’s conveniently located.
Pros:

The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. My youngest son would tell you his favorite part of the entire trip was the hotel breakfast! My husband and I also thought the beds were comfortable. We appreciated the free parking in their lot. We also enjoyed meeting Machia the puppy.

Cons:

Our air conditioner wasn’t the greatest. I also wish I would have known in advance that you are required to wear a swim cap in the pool.
