There is no reason to stay at this hotel. The staff member failed to provide a receipt, kept the cash without giving change, and refused our requests to replace dirty bedding and clean the room. When we asked for a refund, he called the police. We are grateful to the officers; only in their presence did he finally give us our change and the necessary paperwork.

нет причин посещать данный отель. сотрудник отеля не выдал платежные документы, получил наличные не выдал сдачи и при длительной беседе и просьбе заменить грязное постельное жилье и убрать номер ответил отказом. тогда мы попросили вернуть деньги вызвал полицию. Спасибо полицейским только при них он вернул нам сдачи и выдал документы.

Front desk was very rude and gave me attitude when I was asking questions they were not friendly or accommodating during my stay at all would not recommend

Couldn’t check in and staff were rude I came from a different state and they told me I couldn’t be there because I damaged property but I’ve never been to that hotel nor that state before. When I tried to explain that I was told to get a refund
