Decepcionante MUITO

Nada. A única coisa positiva foi o parque de estacionamento.

Cons:

Este hotel foi uma decepção, quando fiz a reserva no Bookiing vi umas fotos de um hotel de 4 estrelas o que me levou a reservar 2 noites para mim e minha família. Quando cheguei deparei-me com uma realidade completamente diferente das fotos do Booking. Este hotel supostamente de 4 estrelas não passa de um reles hotel de 1 estrela. Antiquado e velho. Eu paguei mais de 300€ por noite acho que paguei demasiado pelo que usufrui. Envio fotos para comparação. Pequeno almoço muito fraco. Staff nem simpáticos nem antipaticos apenas cumpriam as suas funções.

We loved the location. Super central in Vico, close to public transport. The pool was beautiful, breakfast included was great. Staff were lovely & the view was wonderful. They kindly upgraded us to a room with a view and it was fabulous

Cons:

The showers were small, especially as a tall person you were more often then not touching the hose of the shower (often on the side wall). Additionally there was a mix up with payment where they could not find where our confirmation of payment was however this was solved via email quickly so all was handled well.

I would definitely stay here again
Pros:

The pool was excellent , all of the staff and in particular Roberto were so helpful and generous. The hotel is spotlessly clean and the food was excellent. The location in the centre of the town was perfect as were the views.

Cons:

There could have been more variety at breakfast even though what was served was excellent. The rooms were quite basic but comfortable and immaculately clean.

I can't begin to tell you how much my daughter and I loved the Aequa Hotel! Beautiful room, fabulous views from our seaside balcony, lovely gardens, beautiful restaurant, and very delicious meals. From the moment we arrived, we were treated wonderfully. The staff was most gracious and always made us feel special. Ever since I was a 4-year old, I had always wanted to stay at the Aequa. My mother was born in Vico Equense, so we visited her family often. I remember seeing the hotel, its pool, and gardens, and asking my parents why we weren't staying there instead of my Nonno & Nonna's house. My dream came true this September and it was everything I hoped it would be! We will certainly be returning, and I would like to make it a yearly event. Bravo, Aequa Hotel! I wish I were there right now!

Estupendo
