Great location with fantastic staff
Pros:

Fantastic location for exploring this area of Italy. Smaller and quieter than Sorrento, but still has a busy & noisy city vibe. Trains and buses were in walking distance and frequent.
The view from our room was stunning and quiet, looking over the bay and towards Mt Vesuvius.
All the staff were so friendly and helpful.
When we ate in the evening resturant it was a beautiful experience with a stunning view.
The pool was quiet and clean and comfy beds albeit the towel thin and needed to be kept for the duration.
Our favourite local beach/marina was Seiano which was great both day and night for sunsets & food. It may only be a short walk away, but a good 15-30 minutes up and down steep steps, depending on your fitness. The No 009 bus does go there. This is where Murrano Mare Lido is, and was a perfect quiet place to go when seeking ultimate relaxation, luxurious sun beds, a sea breeze, easy access into the cool sea and a good lunch too.

Cons:

There were no tea and coffee making facilities in the room which I have not expereinced for years. I awoke and went to the breakfast room returning with a coffee to start the day.
The room needs to be completed with a vanity mirror for us ladies who like to be near a plug and sitting when doing hair and make up.
Breakfast was not to a standard that I expected. The hotel appears to cater for 'group' holidays and if you came down to breakfast after they had an early start the food was a little sparse. There was an abundance of sweet pasteries which I know many people enjoy, but is not to my liking. The cereal selection was limited, and the hot selection was either scrambled egg, a green vegetable????, and on alternate days bacon or spicy sausage/ham. The bread rolls on some days were very hard and the toaster needs upgrading as it really only made the bread hot. I think the breakfast buffet could do with a revamp of both food on offer and presentation ? Maybe a freshly cut fruit salad, local breads,,,,,,,, However taking breakfast to the outside resturant and its beautiful view made up for everything.

Soggiorno piacevole, ma al di sotto delle aspettative per una struttura 4 stelle.

La posizione è ottima, la piscina e la vista sono sicuramente dei punti di forza e il personale si è dimostrato gentile e disponibile.

Cons:

Purtroppo mi aspettavo molto di più da una struttura 4 stelle. Tuttavia, la camera e i servizi presentavano diverse carenze. Peccato, perché con maggiore attenzione alla cura e alla manutenzione la struttura potrebbe offrire un’esperienza decisamente migliore.

Goed, maar management grote flop en erg onbeleefd!!!!

Erg vriendelijk personeel behalve de manager van het hotel was erg nors!
het keukenpersoneel,poetsvrouwen waren erg behulpzaam en sympathiek!

Cons:

Toen we op onze kamer de autosleutels zochten , vonden we die op een andere plek!
Mijn man ging naar de ondergrondse garage en hij vond eerst onze auto niet terug, die werd bklijkbaar zonder ons vooraf te bellen of contacteren verplaatst door het personeel. Blijkbaar had de manager opdracht gegegeven aan het poetspersoneel om onze sleutels te zoeken op onze kamer om onze auto te verplaatsen. Wij waren enorm verboiuwereerd en niet opgezet met deze manier van werken. Toen wij vroegen wie onze auto verplaatst had, wou de manager dit niet vertellen... na enige discussie en aandrang gaf hij uiteindelijk toe... Wij vinden dit zeker niet kunnen en bij thuiskomst zagen wij dat onze voorbumper was beschadigd.... Op dit vlak een zware tegenvaller!!!!!

Non ho apprezzato il fatto di non aver potuto cenare liberamente al ristorante dell’hotel, poiché durante il soggiorno era prevista una serata con menù degustazione e non era possibile ordinare à la carte. Sarebbe stato preferibile avere la possibilità di scegliere tra le due opzioni.

Az elhelyezkedés,a hotel,a medence.

Cons:

Igazán nem volt,nem is nem tetszett.
A reggeli.Gusztusos volt, de volt a ami nem a mi szájízünknek megfelelő volt. A rántotta viszont egyáltalán nem, nem volt gusztusos sem .De volt főtt tojás,ami kárpótolt.
Az éttermben az étlapról rendelt fogások kíválók voltak.

I teli del bagno vengono sostituiti tutti i giorni.

Cons:

Camera piccola, priva di bajiur su entrambi i comodini , se ti serviva di alzarti di notte eri costretto ad accendere la luce grande ; TV piccolissima posizionata molto in alto , quasi impossibile leggere le scritte.
Frigo posizionato sul pavimento...
Per non parlare dell'armadio posizionato ai lati del letto e per utilizzare le stampelle era necessario salire sulla sedia perché l'appendi abiti era molto in alto.

Bagno rimasto agli anni 70, doccia vecchia e scomoda.
Colazione povera, scadente.
Diciamo che l'hotel si propone come un 4 stelle e si fa pagare per tale ma non ne vale.
Non credo ci tornerò.
P.s. non chiedete i teli per la piscina perché vi danno un qualcosa che assomiglia a dei foulard , sintetici per cui inutili.
