They didn’t given room to us. When i arrived there they given to someone else. I want my refund.
Worst experience.
Did everything possible but couldn’t find the property. The contact number is switched off and when asked to locals they said this property doesn’t exists
No Facilities for heating.
Behaviour and courtesy of the hotel bearer Taher Ali I liked very much and so also of the desk manager. They have been very courtesious to us and took sincere care to uphold the reputation of the property.

Breakfast and service are not good. Facing electricity issue and wifi connectivity issue again and again. There was no room service facility available. They didn't provide me any towels.

It was worst experience of stay in a hotel.We stayed there for 3 days from 16th to 19th june 2024 and owner was not available at the site during whole time, only 2 people were there and they were very rude and doing all thing from making food to cleaning rooms and managing hotel and don't bother to listen to anything , this hotel is a big cheater and looter , in the name of free breakfast they provide only one paratha or omlette and on 2nd day , it was tuesday i asked them what will they give for Breakfast they said they will give only give omlette,i said we dont eat omlette on Tuesday and provide something else but he behaved very rudely and refused, there was no title board at the sight of hotel,it was located inside a complex with 2- 3 more buildings,there was no facilities in rooms,even basic facilities are missing like mirror in room, glasses in room , toilet seat cover was broken, all power boards were open with wires hanging all around.
In a nut shell it was not fit to be called a hotel, they have only one building in a crowded complex with guests are at the mercy of 2 rude guys
So I request booking.com to take strict action against this fraud hotel and immediately remove it from their list to stop humiliation of guests who book hotel from their site

Location, entrance of hotel is very bad, bad smell and very dirty water all the time in taps.

1. Hotel is under construction..and having a poor entrance (you can't find the Name of the hotel.
2. There is a kitchen which is always occupied by travel operator so there is chaos.
3. Adjacent Bengali operated kitchen is a non sense fellow and a decoit.
4. The hotel is having an Electrical problem + your electronic gadgets may get damaged.
It was exceptional deal for me though, Hotel is new ,fresh and clean, i would have not got better than that, rooms fully wooden finished & toiletry clean, ideal for Kashmir whether, Owner and Staff was very helpful. new restaurant with good veg-options with budgeted pricing. They also offer cab services, all cabs are new, have to pay little extra as compared to market, but good thing driver was educated and stayed long period then others which i found hidden benefit. Recommended for sure.

1) The property did not provide the services assured in the booking voucher.
2) Service is pathetic
3) Do not have the basic amenities in the room which are essential for any 3 star property. Do not have simple mirror in the room not it is properly furnished room.
4) Some of the staff members are intimidating
Couldn't have opted for a better stay than this, I traveled to kashmir with my wife and her friend. All the way from start till my trip ended everyone in the hotel helped me a lot.
Zahoor bhai(owner) guided me not only how to reach hotel but also how to reach Srinagar from Delhi. He even arranged car for pickup from auto stand after we reached Srinagar. Adil Bhai(Hotel care taker) was humble enough to arrange us everything we required. The food there was amazing, specially Kashmiri paneer, just loved it. They arranged a cab for us for our 6 days tour(Innova), car owner Sameer Bhai is a great person, he showed us the whole Kashmir and also dropped us to jammu on the day of our return, he guided us throughout our tour and explained us proper do's and don'ts. 100 out of 100 rating for Sameer Bhai also.
Now coming to the cost part.
After reading my above experience u might think it was an luxury trip and we spent a lot on hotel and Everything, no your wrong. All of it was budget friendly and the hospitality was cheery on the cake.
Thank you again to zahoor bhai for everything. Will definitely be opting this place for my future stays.
Also I have seen people like Kashmir's before. The most humble, well mannered, loving, caring people on earth ❤️.
Nothing. Not sure why they are charging 1900 for their room. Their room is as good as 600-700
