本当に素敵なホテルです
Pros:

宿泊前からメールでやり取り（ホテルまでタクシーは必要ないか、チェックイン時間確認、気球ツアーの注意点など）をして下さいました。飛行機が遅延してしまいましたが優しく出迎えて下さり、マップを用いて訪れるべきスポットの説明や、スーパー、atmなどの場所も丁寧に教えてくださいました。チェックイン以降はWhatsAppでいつでも対応してくださいました。お部屋は鍵がハイテクで周囲の治安も良く安心して眠ることができました。ホテルの窓から毎日気球を見れたのが嬉しかったです！おかげで素敵な滞在となりました。また利用したいです！

Pros:

Albergo bellissimo, curato nei minimi particolari, molto pulito e la signora molto disponibile ad aiutarci in qualsiasi modo. Mi ha dato info per poter prenotare il giro in mongolfiera, mi ha aiutato con il servizio lavanderia, mi ha consigliato percorsi per poter scoprire la Cappadocia.

La posizione dell' hotel è fantastica, la mattina apri la tenda e davanti a te vedi passare decine di mongolfiere in volo....uno spettacolo.

Pros:

The room is bigger than I thought and the bed is really comfortable. Although it’s not at the center of the town but it’s also convenient to go to the other place. The hotel helped me to reserve the shuttle bus before I arrived, that’s very thoughtful! Highly recommended.

Pros:

Це мабуть найкращий готель кападокії!! Чистий, затишний, з чудовим персоналом і гарним садом де можна відпочивати. До виходів на красиві тропи 5 хвилин пішки. Все нове, все свіже і дуже гарне. Добрий сніданок і смачний чай!

Из недостатков: нет сейфа, душ прозрачный и все видно.
Pros:

Все прошло четко и без проблем. В номере чисто, расположение отличное. Ежедневно убирались, чистая постель, приятный запах. Был чайник, чай, кофе, вода. Днем можно сдать вещи на стирку, но воспользоваться не успел.

二楼的房间有阳光，装修简洁干净是我喜欢的风格
Pros:

我最喜欢我们房间的落地窗户了，整个房间有2扇窗+1扇落地窗，我们的房间在2楼，所以有阳光射进来，房间感觉明媚又温暖。另外房间很大很干净，特别喜欢超大的浴室，我们可以一个人洗澡一个人化妆。如果里面的玻璃能做成隐私玻璃就更好了。我非常满意这三天的居住～

Cons:

不满意的可能是没有纱窗，总是有苍蝇飞进来，我们遇到了4只苍蝇同时在屋里的情况，不知道怎么赶走；如果能加一个全身镜就更加好了

Pros:

The two - night stay was awesome! We arrived pretty late, but the owner patiently helped us check in. We wanted to use the kitchen to make lunch, and the staff kindly provided us with the necessary cookware. The surroundings were so quiet, and there was a beautiful yard. If I ever get the chance to come back to Göreme, I'm definitely gonna stay here again.
