Staff is not proper here they blocked our numbers for further bookings reason for the pillow cover is having they charged for that the lady in th e reception is very rude she is the main reason

For me was comfortable and safe as I was travelling alone
My arrival the man who checked me in he was very rude very rude and I saw him a couple more times and he won’t even say hello when I ask him something. He don’t wanna answer me but daytime the lady who was in charge she was very very nice

Very spacious, stayed alone as a woman. The location is safe, & near to restaurants & shopping mall.
There were baby cockroaches, i didn’t even bring food but the room, sheets all were clean so hopefully they’ll be able to get rid of the infestation.

Very close to metro station and catching autos/taxi is very easy
No restaurants inside but there are lot of options outside the hotel

Very spacious rooms , location very convenient. Away from the road so very quiet. Only drawback is no restaurant or kitchen facilities.
The staff were very professional and friendly, location is the best. Easily connected via metro and bus stop adjacent to the hotel, food restaurant and medical is nearby. Secunderabad and Nampally station are 7 KMs away. Room is well ventilated with windows, clean, Good AC, Mattress, TV and mini refrigerator.
The bed and chairs are old and untidy and are worn out, no shower facility in our room, geyser was not working on the first day despite complaint it was fixed the next day after a couple of reminders, couldn't take bath the first day due to this issue. Decent stay but charges are on high end. Initially different room was given which was not as shown in booking picture, after requesting another room was given which was almost similar to the one shown in photos while booking.
