Teljes mértékben elégedettek voltunk a hellyel, hisz kimozdulni se kellett annyi lehetőség volt gyerekkel! Imádtuk és vissza is térünk még!!!! Személyzet teljesítménye és hozzá állása nem 4 csillagos hanem 5!!!! Ételek.is hiper szuperek voltak,nem volt olyan nap hogy ne tudtunk volna választani!!!! Köszönjük a lehetőséget!!!!

Cons:

Munkámból kifolyólag a takarítással egy ici pici kifogásom lett voltna,de ettől független imádtunk ott lenni!Nem szívesen indultunk el haza.... 😉

Pros:

Nagyon gyermekbarát intézmény.

Cons:

Van egy mondás, hogy: a hosszú barátság alapja a pontos elszámolás. Sajnos itt ez nem feltétlenül valósult meg.
A szállodában több mint 500000Ft-ot hagytam ott, az alább felhozott esetek pénzben nem jelentősek, DE !

Sajnos a számlázásnál több problémám akadt:
- Az étteremben rendelt egy üveg bort nem üvegként számolták el, hanem 7x0,1 l -ként. (persze igy az ár jelentősen több.)
Nem az árral volt problémám, hanem az elvvel!
- A szállás elhagyásakor a kapott számlán 16 éjszakát számoltak fel, amikor mi 3 élszakát voltunk 5 fővel.
A miért kérdésre azt mondták, hogy a Booking.com valutaelszámolása miatt igy kerekitenek.

A számlán még egyéb apróbb problémákat is lehet találni, de ennyi nekem elég ebből a szállódából.

It is very clean. The food is exceptional.

Cons:

Indoor pool is small, outdoor pool was renovating, but even when done, it is unclear whether it will be connected to the indoor pool. Compared to other family therme in Hungary in Austria, pools are underwhelming here. Everything is very very clean, which is better than in most other places. Bobo fun park is nice (much more suitable for older kids, e.g. 6+), but the ticket has to be purchased separately (for the whole family) if booked via Booking (one ticket is free per day if booked via Kolping website).

Szuper hely kisgyerekkel, csak szerencse kell a jó szobához, úgy látszik.
Pros:

A személyzet profi és kedves, az ételek választéka és minősége kiváló. A borok és pezsgők kiemelkedően jó ízléssel lettek összeválogatva.

Cons:

Családi szobát foglaltunk, de nem jutott erkélyes ebben a szép tavaszi időben, ami csak a helyszínen derült ki, ez elszomorító volt. (131-es szobát kifejezetten NEM kérjük legközelebb.
A beltéri medencés részben a kelleténél nagyobb a népsűrűség és túl kevés a nyugágy.

Die Kids werden es lieben: Schönes und vielfältiges Ressort für Groß und Klein :-)
Pros:

Bereits beim Check-in wurde alles schnell und professionell erledigt. Das gesamte Areal war sehr gepflegt und ein Paradies für Kinder. Es gibt viele verschiedene Bereiche für Kids aller Altersklassen sowohl outdoor als auch indoor. Wir hatten ein hübsches Häuschen. Der Parkplatz war direkt vor dem Haus und neben dem BoboFunpark (Zutritt ist nicht im Preis enthalten). Alles war fußläufig erreichbar. Der - im Preis inkludierte - Pool- und SPA-Bereich war ebenfalls sehr groß. Die Kids konnten alle Saunabereiche (alle mit Badebekleidung) miterleben. Outdoor-Pool und Indoor-Pool waren perfekt für Kids. Zudem gab es auch SPA-Bereiche nur für Erwachsene. Unser Haus war sehr geräumig, mit Heizung und Klima, Küche, Bettwäsche und Handtücher, Bademantel, ausgestattet. 3 Schlafzimmer + 2 Badezimmer + Küche + hübsche Terrasse. Das Frühstück und Abendessen wird in einem großen sehr schönen Saal mit Blick auf den schönen Park eingenommen. Die Essensauswahl ist riesig. Getränke sind separat zu bezahlen. Das Essen ist inkludiert. Alles in allem war es wirklich ein schöner Aufenthalt: Wir können es sehr empfehlen!!

Szuper hely gyermekes családoknak
Pros:

Gyerekparadicsom, ahol a felnőtteken is van fókusz. Gyermek megőrző lehetősége szuper ötlet.
Nem kellett aggódni, hogy mivel kössük le a 2 éves kisfiamat, a nap minden percében talált magának elfoglaltságot. A ház rendezett, tiszta volt, mindennel felszerelt, amire egy kisgyerekes családnak szüksége lehet. A személyzet segítőkész és kedves. Az ételek nagyon finomak voltak a reggelinél és a vacsoránál. Biztosan visszatérünk még.

Cons:

Csak egy javaslat - bookingos foglalásnál nincs feltűntetve, hogy a parkolásért plusz díjat számítanak fel, ezt lehet érdemes lenne belefoglalni az üdvözlő üzenetbe. Illetve a házban egy dolgot hiányoltunk, egy kanapét, ahol este kényelmesen le lehet ülni pihenni és beszélgetni, de ez sem olyan, ami miatt ne térnénk vissza.
