Pros:

All is good and well.. for anyone that have up to more than 5 person to stay just choose the apartment cuz the apartment is way big and comfortable. Just note that if you choose to stay for the apartment, the check in will be done at the inn counter but the apartment is at the pelangi mall. So check in one place then you need to drive to another place for the apartment (note that im talking about the apartment not room). The apartment is near around 3 to 5 mins only.

Racetrack vibes.
Pros:

Nice enough room. Bottled water. Clean.very firm bed.
Great food recommendation from gentleman at reception.

Cons:

The traffic noise all night. Not possible to sleep. It was like being on the edge of a racing track. There was a slight let up around 4am but that did not last.

Definitely not executive. The view from balcony.

Customer service by the hotel staff.
Pros:

Hospitality and friendly by Miss Tan and Mr Hazim was great. They assist me and fulfilled my requested without any issue. Im fully recommend this hotel for others. Keep it up !

Pros:

The location was not terrible – a short Grab ride away from restaurants and Chinatown. And our room was facing a green area behind the hotel, so at least we did not get any street noise in the night... But that is unfortunately where the positives stop

Cons:

The room did not have many of the things that I had always considered pretty basic. There was no closet, no kettle, no fridge. And the aircon was not working. And the interior of the room also looked a bit "tired".
