Pros:

The area is hotzone. Lots of eateries and convenience stores.

Cons:

Guests can freely smoke around the lobby, walkway and even in the room It's not family-friendly. The cost is RM100 per night for a family room. The room was in very terrible condition. The receptionist was sorry to me and recommended me to another hotel for RM110 per night with much better facilities and environment.

Clean hotel with a strong cigarette smell.
Pros:

Location. Next to 7eleven, feel safe to park. Water dispenser, very convenient.

Cons:

The smell of the lobby, stairs, room. Smell of cigarette!! Balik rumah, baju tidur dari bilik hotel masih melekat. Something must be done to remove the smell. Air circulation.
