Expensive, dated, but great location. Oh, and no breakfast despite it being a b&b
Pros:

Great location! We were met by the host who was friendly and helped carry our luggage up stairs. Excellent espresso from the make-it-yourself coffee machine in the common area. Comfortable front porch. Convenient parking. If you're looking for an old fashioned b&b (without the breakfast part), you'll be happy.

Cons:

No breakfast--seems odd for a B&B. Room is cramped as is bathroom. Decor is okay; freshly painted. The long corridor leading to the rooms has an old, musty smell. That's understandable because it's a very old house, but still ... Overall, I thought the price was very high for what we experienced.

Pros:

We love the property. Room was clean and neat. Location cannot be better. Beautiful outdoor seating. We had a great time.

All the rooms are in the second floor. And there is a stairs.

A very attractive, small historic hotel in a superb location.
Pros:

Superb location, 300 feet from Beach Drive with numerous restaurants and the city park by Tampa Bay, the Pier, museums and other attractions. The historic hotel has very attractive public areas and covered porch with superb seating.

Cons:

This is a very attractive historic hotel with few guest rooms but may not be for everyone. We loved the ambience.

Fantastic!!
Pros:

This was a lovely and comfortable place to stay. We were attending a festival at Vinoy Park and the proximity was perfect. It's also close enough to all the downtown restaurants and bars that you can walk to all the local establishments. The room was perfect and communication with the host was seamless and pleasant. We will be staying here again!!

Pros:

The Vinoy House was beautiful, with clean and comfortable rooms. It was even better than expected. The price was good . There were great restaurants within walking distance. I would definitely stay there again.

Pros:

This property is on the best location in downtown St Petersburg. The host will do anything to make you feel at home. There is no breakfast, but there is plenty of places to eat in walking distance.

The Vinoy house was beautifully decorated. My hubby and I felt right at home. Sylvia was a delight. They always were there to make sure we had everything we needed. The location is fantastic. We just absolutely had a lovely time. 😍
