Sauberkeit, Dusche/Bad, das Café
Das Standard (Doppel)Bett sehr klein.
Garden was fab. Room very smart and chic. Location great, Reception staff wonderful.
Breakfast was not so good. The poor staff seemed extremely under-staffed and all I had on offer was a lowly third of a jar of Crunchy Nut Cornflakes ( labelled as Corn Flakes) for a price of £2.50.
Not at all as we expected coming from a JW Marriott Hotel in January where the selection was out-of-this world!( In Dubai to be fair!)
The waiters were running around clearly too busy for what they could handle- not their fault.
The cooked breakfast was not great- no toast and rather dry looking for £46.00
We would like a reimbursement of this breakfast if possible please.
We will add however, that the meal the night before was delicious though not cheap at all.
Delicious though.
The breakfast is the ONLY thing that let down our stay.
Would we stay again??
Yes- but we would like some sort of small reimbursement of the breakfast please if possible.
As small business owners ourselves, we know that if something is not quite right, it needs to be put right/ resolved.
Many thanks.
friendly staff and excellent location with plenty of cafes, restaurants and groceries around the area. the hotel is a 3 min walk from the tube station and the neighbourhood was very nice to walk around in during my very sunny 2-day stay. I was granted an early check in and the original room I was given had a broken ac controller but the staff were very quick to assist and move me to another room.
the room had an espresso machine and a smart tv which is essentially all you need for a little staycation - bed was also comfy and pillows were fluffy.
I would like to mention that the bathroom in these rooms might be one of the nicest ive ever seen in any hotel! the light pink tiles are beautiful 😊
i think the rooms could use a little sprucing - some parts of the wall had stains on them, coat hooks were loose and some of the bedside lamps either would not turn on at all or had no bulbs in them. overall still a great stay nonetheless and I would likely rebook when back in London.
We did not eat there. I will not pay £25 per person for breakfast.
The room was very cramped. The pillows were dreadful, thick and solid. I woke up both mornings with a crick in my neck. The in-room coffee was in short supply. The lighting on/off mechanism was cryptic and I had to sleep the first night with the lights on before i accidentally discovered the secret. Some of the staff were friendly, others surly and dismissive. The hotel is over- priced.
The staff were nice and helpful, the bar and the hotel look good and quite classy. Nice location and very clean.
The garden was closed but I probably wouldn't have used it at this time of year anyway. I understand in London accommodation is expensive and this hotel is no different, the room and the bathroom look a bit tired, the room was quite small and fairly noisy, you could hear the people above us walking around and people walking past the room.
Lovely small, quiet hotel, ideally placed if you need to be in/around Earl’s Court. Great rooms, whole property was spotlessly clean. Front desk very helpful. Didn’t have time to use the gym, but looked nice
Breakfast. Had read great reviews about it, but the price, confusing pricing system, wait for service/food/drinks and overcooked eggs were disappointing.
The location was perfect for me as I had a lot of shopping to do, and many places were within walking distance.
The bedroom interior was very warm and had a relaxed, Soho House–style feel, which made the space comfortable and inviting.
My only comment would be that the floors should be vacuumed with every clean. That said, the carpet itself looked well maintained.
