Lovely hotel with close proximity to Earl's Court. Bonus having a garden when we wanted to have a little 'time out' from the hustle and bustle of the City.

Amazing hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. The room was also very quiet, which I really appreciated.
Room comfortable clean and quiet. This hotel is very convenient to city centre and the nearby underground serves Heathrow directly so no changes with baggage. We had stayed here before and found it very convenient. The garden is a bonus to relax in before heading out for the day and also a drink in the evening on return.
one night bar service very slow and understaffed however I would still return as I do like this hotel very much.

Everything was perfect!
The hotel is in a great location, is nicely decorated, has a lovely garden and was surprisingly quiet. The staff were all very friendly and couldn’t do enough to help!
Certain parts of the hotel could do with a bit of attention. For example, the sofa bench in the main dining space is pretty tired and worn. We also didn’t find the pillows to be very comfortable and so didn’t sleep that well. That could be personal preference however.
Loved the garden and general ambiance
Our initial room was very hot (in the heat wave) but we were moved to a much cooler room once the lovely staff realised how uncomfortable we were.
Perfect location and fantastic staff
L'hôtel était bien situé pour visité la ville à pied, en bus et en métro. Il y a plusieurs chouettes "coffee shop" à proximité ce qui était parfait vu que nous n'avions pas prévu de prendre le petit déjeuner à l'hôtel.
La chambre était très confortable avec une belle salle de bain et une grande douche, parfait, rien à redire.
C'était aussi très agréable de se poser un moment dans le jardin très calme et silencieux pour être au centre de Londres.
J'étais un peu surprise lorsque qu'on m'a envoyé un mail me proposant fortement de faire l'enregistrement en ligne et ce courriel m'a été renvoyé à plusieurs reprises jusqu'à ce que je m'enregstre et, une fois cela fait, me disant que je devais payer un accompte d'un montent conséquent qui me serait rendu selon si j'avais utilisé le bar ou pas.
