Everything is good
The staff are rude and are looking for an opportunity to make money even if that means misguiding you.
My booking had free lunch and free breakfast. They charged me about 500 rupees for lunch and next day the breakfast also came with a bill which I declined to pay.
The electricity keeps going and coming every 30 mins or so, so if you are going in summers then get ready to get roasted in the room.
The rooms are made right in the middle of concrete so there is very little excitement in the stay.
The host was very helpful, helped us book tickets for the jungle safari, assisted in getting transport to reach different places. The place in itself is located in a very good location with public transport services being very accessible. It's also very clean and nicely maintained.

No facilities like breakfast, kettle in the room, & many others mentioned in the list.
The place was near to main road.
The restaurant was bit far and morning tea was served in plastic bags. It would be better if kettles/hot bottles with insulation are used.
