ممتازه ولكن يجب وضع رقابة اكثر على موظف الاستقبال

النظافة وسرعة الاستجابة

Cons:

رائحة دخان في الغرفة 2016 داخلة من الغرفة المجاورة وتسببت لي في كتمة ومعاناة حيث اني اعاني من ربو وحساسية في الصدر .
علماً ان موظف الاستقبال قام بتغيير غرفتي عند الوصول من غرفة توأم الى غرفة بكرسي مزدوج وقال انها ارخص بكثير في محاولة اغرائي بالسعر وتبين لاحقا ان الفرق 12 ريال فقط لليله حيث انه يريد تسكين عائلة اخرى عددهم كبير في غرفتي التي حجزتها عن طريق بوكينق.
