Great hotel but not room 3 next time!
Pros:

Great location and decor

Cons:

The lighting I. The room wasn’t great for reading. I was in room 3 which had a big extractor system outside which hummed all day and on a pulsing basis all night which woke me up

It was all good. You need to budget £18 daily for parking. It has stairs , but they're just stairs.... only a problem if you're disabled.

A charming place
Pros:

The room is really nice, it is comfortable and has nice quality bedding and products. The staff is really nice and the breakfast is also delicious!

Cons:

The room was quite hot even though outside it was chilly. The fans were not enough.
There was a bit of food smell from the pub next door.

A cozy gem for couples or singles-Families need space along with activities.
Pros:

Superb menu; not simply Continental bfast! Fluffy eggs, delish granola compote & all prepared by a very capable Westminister chef. Loved that menu included many choices: pancakes, etc. Bradstreet Townhouse is centrally situated yet discreetly noticeable. It’s well maintained & I felt safe!

Cons:

Actually I’ve no complaints. It has a special charm that may not suit the average expectations of some. But breakfast inclusion was truly a Bonus! PS - the bathroom was stylishly updated to include a rain shower!!!

Good place to stay for attending Bath centre theatre/venues etc. as very central.
Pros:

Breakfast was good though we weren't offered some of the items on the list.
STAIRS - top floor room - we are elderly with bad knees so both going up and coming down the many many stairs was a trial.
Room was nice, though small, and also very quiet despite being in a city. The hot air balloon floating by in the morning was unexpected.

Cons:

Enjoyed breakfast but would have liked some fresh fruit and more than one tea bag per pot.

It was an excellent location and the café was very charming.
It was also a very central location with everything nearby.

Bezauberndes Hotel in toller Lage mit fantastischem Frühstück

Sehr sauberes, geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Hotel in toller Lage. Das Personal war nett und unkompliziert (wir durften z.B. problemlos 2 Std. Früher einchecken). Zum Hotel gehört ein hübsches Café im Erdgeschoss, wo uns ein sehr leckeres Frühstück „à la Carte“ serviert wurde. Es sind unter Umständen recht viele Stufen ohne Aufzug zum Zimmer. Hat uns aber nicht gestört.

Compact room in the heart of Bath, reasonably priced and very clean.
Pros:

Location was. Excellent, with easy access to all of Baths many attractions. The room was beautifully clean ant tastefully decorated.Breakfast was lovely.

Cons:

The room was very snug, but it was comfortable and had everything in it including some very good cafetière coffee.
