Pros:

Sehr zentrale Lage , Parkhaus nur 100 Meter entfernt .Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtetes und gemütliches kleines Zimmer mit großer Dusche und hochwertigen regionalen Pflegeprodukten. Sehr gutes Frühstück a la carte an den Tisch serviert. Sehr freundliches Personal.

Cosy and friendly boutique hotel
Pros:

Spotlessly clean, comfortable and cosy boutique hotel in centre of Bath. Extremely comfortable bed and nice size bathroom and spacious walk-in shower. Lots of nice finishing touches in the room. Sarah at reception and breakfast was delightful - friendly, personable and helpful. She is a real asset to Broad Street Townhouse. Cleaning staff also very friendly and super thorough. We enjoyed our two-night stay here.

Cons:

Quite noisy - traffic along Broad Street and general noise from the street below after pub hours on one night. However in fairness ear plugs were provided by the hotel and these did the trick. Much quieter the following evening and overall it did not spoil our stay at all.. Shower could have been lovely, but disappointingly the water was way too hot to go under and could not be regulated. We did report this, but unfortunately the problem could not be resolved during our stay.

Good place to stay in Bath!
Pros:

We liked the central location to all the shops and dining. The breakfast was amazing!

Cons:

The stairs were rough. We were on the top floor and I know now that I should have requested a lower floor when booking.

We did not feel looked after. £180 too high a price for this small room.
Pros:

Good location. Breakfast was good, but missing things from the menu. No smoothies

Cons:

The hot water was far too hot, so uncomfortable washing and showering. Very small room for the money. No staff presence. Only saw one staff member, who checked us in and was breakfast waitress

Cons:

We had not realised what a tiny room we had booked, definition of this room was somewhat misleading. The bed was enclosed on three sides making the nightime visits to the bathroom very difficult for a couple of pensioners. Nicely decorated though.

The pillows. They were all lumpy and very uncomfortable. The breakfast was also cold.

A really comfortable and easy stay overall and worth it just for the shakshuka at breakfast alone!
Pros:

I stayed here for one night for work and it ended up being exactly what I needed. Everything felt really comfortable and easy, which made a big difference before an early start and a busy day. Breakfast was honestly a highlight - so good.

Cons:

No complaints. Overall, it was a great experience and I’d happily stay here again.
