La camera è la colazione
La pulizia e l’assenza di staff negli orari serali. Inoltre per aver perso la chiave della stanza e aver ricevuto un duplicato mi hanno addebitato 50£ sulla carta di credito senza avvertirmi e senza una giustificazione
Location was perfect. Breakfast was lovely. Lovely big bathroom. Room was nicely decorated and the radio was a nice touch. But few small presentation issues such as stained carpets.
The room was extremely hot. Fans were provided but didn’t make much difference and then had to sleep with them on so had to sleep with the nose of the fan which lead to quite a disturbed sleep and uncomfortable night. Our window was open but the two big extractors for the pub next door were outside our window agin creating noise and smell.
No small fridge for water or milk to be kept in considering how warm the room was. In fact no milk provided at all with the tea and coffee. Went to make a cup of tea in the morning and discovered no milk was available. Which was disappointing. No phone in room to call and ask for some to be brought up to room.

Stanza piccolissima con moquette sporca , senza aria condizionata, e non c'è modo di fare uscire umidità senza aprire la porta della camera .

Just warning: steep narrow steps to carry your luggage ( some help is given by staff ) and snug room is even smaller than you expect ( one person needed to crawl over the mattress ) and very hot ( can’t open window ) though fan in the room did help
Beautiful room, close to the Abbey, delicious breakfast, and very nice, helpful employees.
It was very hot during our stay and the street was a bit loud, but the fan they provide blocked most of the noise.
Beautifully appointed boutique hotel with kind and helpful staff serving breakfast in the cafe.
Third floor ‘superior king’ room was small and uncomfortably warm even though outside temperatures had cooled down considerably. Window view of the Doubletree hotel was dismal and depressing. Restaurant staff at the Pig & Fiddle were indifferent and food was served cold.
The room was lovely and the location was excellent. Breakfast was very generous.

The room we had was compact, but stylish and extremely comfortable. The bathroom was large for the room size and well decorated. We entered to a small speaker playing classical music, which was a nice touch. The breakfast was excellent, taken in the coffee shop downstairs, which is also very stylish. The location is great, within walking distance to everything and close to the river. The staff were also friendly and helpful.
The only thing which was a slight issue was that on the day we stayed it was 33⁰C outside and the portable cooler and fan weren't quite cooling the room enough. That is very likely not a problem 95% of the year. We were a bit unlucky. It was minor, we still slept very well.
It was quirky - arriving via the coffee shop. The room was clean and cosy and surprisingly quiet at night.

Difficulty finding it at first
Fantastic location for the centre of Bath. Super friendly staff.
Unbearably hot room. Unable to open wondow and as a result, we didn't sleep at all, even with the two fans provided. Felt absolutely awful in the morning- the heat was almost vomit inducing! The room was very small and we felt it was expensive and certainlynot worth the price. Breakfast was included so we ordered eggs benedict for breakfast and received extremely over cooked poached eggs. We asked if we could have the eggs replaced and they came out the same!
