On the whole it was pleasant
Pros:

We liked the decor and pretty bits in the room. Good food. Lady who checked us in was excellent, service great. Easy to come and go, good location.

Cons:

Rude woman in pub, behind bar, told us off as if we were two year olds, when we came through from hotel to pub accidentally the wrong way, the door was open we didn’t see private.
Room a bit to snug, had to climb over husband to get out to go to bathroom. Not like the room featured

Superb location, friendly staff, awesome breakfast

No air con on hottest day of year. They did have 3 fans though which helped a lot

Guter Ausgangspunkt für die Attraktionen in Bath
Pros:

Die Lage und das Frühstück (große Auswahl von frisch zubereiteten Speisen, auch vegan und vegetarisch) waren sehr gut. Die Zimmer sind schön eingerichtet.

Cons:

Da es bei uns sehr heiß war, war es schade, dass sich das Fenster im Zimmer nicht gut öffnen lies. Immerhin waren zwei Ventilatoren im Zimmer vorhanden.

Nice hotel but unsuitable during hot weather.
Pros:

This hotel is in a good location and the room was quite comfortable. The breakfast wasn’t generous but was very nice.

Cons:

We visited during a heat wave and the room (on the forth floor) was very hot, even once it became pleasant outside. Although the owners did their best and put two fans in the room is was still to hot to sleep in. There is no fridge in the room either so it was impossible to keep drinks cold. I would recommend this hotel during the winter.
It’s also on a noisy road and although ear plugs are provided, it’s not enough to muffle the noise given we also had to keep the windows open. The fans were noisy too so there was no escape.

Für 1 Nacht geht’s. Ansonsten charmant

Die Lage war nicht schlecht aber es war total laute Umgebung, da viele Pubs in der Nachbarschaft

Cons:

Zimmer extrem klein. Sehr heiß sind Fenster uralt. Küssen sich nicht öffnen

Cons:

Tried to contact the property via email, booking.com and phone and no one answered not returned my call. Room was tiny and blisteringly hot. Breakfast was good and were the staff but wouldn’t stay here again
