Pros:

Andy and Simon were extremely helpful and assisted my partner with the stairs, and accessing the ground floor level toilet when awaiting our taxi on leaving.

Cons:

There was no milk in the room. Had to go down two flights of stairs to request.

Aircondition på værelset , men vi ramte nok en speciel periode med vejret.

Ho dovuto cercare altro hotel alle 11 di sera pagando una.tariffa piu alta!!!!! Ho scritto all assistenza clienti di booking e non ho ottenuto risposta. Come devo fare per.riavere i miei soldi?

Hôtel cosy
Pros:

Jolie très petite chambre cosy. Bon petit déjeuner, l'hôtel est très bien placé pour visiter Bath. Les produits à dispos et produits de toilettes sont de qualité.

Cons:

Compliqué pour se garer, parkings sont chers, le plus proche ne nous convenait pas car hauteur max 2m.
De même dans la chambre qui est très bien conçue, manque juste un emplacement pour poser la valise

Camera al terzo piano senza ascensore, complessivamente sporca ( moquette inguardabile per numero di macchie) e inverosimilmente calda , con finestra che affaccia su una corre lucida dove c'è la cucina del pub sottostante da cui arrivano odori spiacevoli

Excellent boutique property and experience with great energy for central stay.
Pros:

Amazing location, great property and vibe. Private, not crowded. Real boutique feel.
Really nice food, and great energy amongst the staff that we met.

Cons:

The weather probably made many locations without ac in the bedrooms quite difficult to navigate.
Being on the top floor made our room really hot. Although fans were provided, the particular fans in our room weren’t great but we managed as best as we could.

El desayuno era incomible. El bacon seco como una jarea, las judías secas y recalentadas, la salchicha sabía a demonios. Se lo dijimos al manager y nos dijo que el lugar era famoso por sus desayunos. Se puso hasta un poco chulo. Nos prometió devolvernos el dinero el desayuno, pero hasta la fecha nada. No lo recomiendo

Very nice room in city center.
Pros:

Very nice airconditioned room. Good space. Very nice and good breakfast. Loved our stay here! Also our suitcases was brought up to the room. Very kind after the last walk at Cotswold Way.

Romantic escape in Bath
Pros:

Very sweet romantic hotel in the center of Bath.
Easily accessible (walking distance from the train station) and everything you need (Pub, restaurants, attractions,...) is nearby.

Perfect place
Pros:

Breakfast was the best ever 😁😋

Cons:

We were there because a heat Wave made the train service cancelled all their departures
It was one extremely hot day and the rooms were extremely hot too, I understand they are not made for such a hot day

Pros:

Location great as it's in the city centre and only 10 min walk from train station. Friendly staff and breakfast was lovely. Due to the exceptionally hot weather they had provided air con ubit and fans to help keep room cool

Cons:

Could only access the bed from one side as room was described as snug but meant not much room. Carpet looked like it needed a good clean.

On the whole it was pleasant
Pros:

We liked the decor and pretty bits in the room. Good food. Lady who checked us in was excellent, service great. Easy to come and go, good location.

Cons:

Rude woman in pub, behind bar, told us off as if we were two year olds, when we came through from hotel to pub accidentally the wrong way, the door was open we didn’t see private.
Room a bit to snug, had to climb over husband to get out to go to bathroom. Not like the room featured
