The place as well as the staff was friendly and helpful

There's accumulated calcium on the shower as well as the toilet pot... It could be due to their water supply or purification,

Pros:

I really liked the location, it’s easy to find since it’s right off the main road, which is great for getting there at night. The gardens are kept in great shape, and the pool area is awesome with comfy lounge chairs and a bar.

Cons:

The bead squeaked every time I moved, I think the springs or base might be worn out. The study desk was pretty wobbly and not stable enough to use a laptop since it kept shaking. The bathroom basin is tiny, fine for brushing your teeth, but not big enough to wash your face. Also, a few of the big floor tiles were cracked and loose. Breakfast not included in the price…

The Owner was very rude and we were told to switch off the air conditioner even after we arranged for an extension. They kept knocking at our door to pay R100 for extension even when we arranged to pay after checkout

It was noisy outside with loud music playing until past midnight

Cons:

The bathroom door in room 7 was broken, the shower tap shocks when touched while showering unsafe for people with heart conditions I assume. The WiFi is horrible, lags and the speed is poor for business people

Security is tight as I arrived late.
Room was clean

The reception was unwelcoming.
I sent an email requesting early check in. They told me it wasn't sent .
I wasn't given a Wifipassword. I used my own wifi.
No area map was given,I wasn't shown the pool area,dining area 😕 I had ro navigate for myself.
All I got was sign this document I'm going to.look for an available room for you.
