Pros:

L'accessibilité au métro en 5 minutes à pieds.
Edeka / penny market à 5 minutes.
Appartement spacieux et très bien équipé

Cons:

La proximité de la rocade qui ne devrait pas poser pb en hiver vu le triple vitrage, par contre par temps de canicule...mais on a dormi quand même !

Apartamentuose buvo visko ko gali gali prireikti,tvarkingi,švarūs. Susisiekimas su centru geras,vos apie 10min iki stoties.

Cons:

Atvykus vėlai vakare nebuvo vietų kur pasistatyti automobilį,visur labai pilnos aikštelės. Pats rajonas truputi nejaukus,ypač einant vakare. Apartamentuose labai girgždėjo medinės grindys.

Pros:

Sehr gutes Apartment, neu eingerichtet und sauber. Wir waren im vierten Stock untergebracht. Schön sonnig und großzügig geschnitten. Sehr gut fand ich Kaffee und Tee der vom Vermieter zur Verfügung gestellt wird.
Gerne wieder.

Cons:

Wir wussten bei der Buchung nicht, dass es das Apartment im 4. Stock war. Für uns kein Problem, aber es wäre geschickt, das klar zu kommunizieren.

Ubytovanie s dobrou dostupnosťou centra
Pros:

Ubytovanie blízko stanice metra a vlakov, supernarketu. Skvelá dostupnosť pamiatok.

Cons:

Niektoré časti bytu by už potrebovali ruku opravára.

A lakás pár napos városnézésre kitűnő
Pros:

Ár-érték arányban kiváló, tömegközlekedéssel nagyon könnyen elérhető, szolgáltatások a környéken berlini viszonylatban olcsók

Cons:

Fura arcok az állomás környékén, de ez nagyvárosokban nem annyira különleges; a nappaliban lévő ablak nem nyitható
