Pros:

The hotel had no Air conditioning and we had to keep the windows open and since it’s in downtown where all the loud night clubs are. Very noisy and hard to sleep

Pros:

Bathroom dont have lock and door lock behind us for 10-15 mins until i open it wiht a spone
And bathroom lock destroyed
Blanket and pilow smell cigarette and not clean
I tell the reception about this problem
At least i paid 1045TL for that and they dont give any discount about these things
Someone at 11:40 open our door without knocking door by his keycard he was staff

Just shut it down.
Pros:

That hotel needs to shut down. No AC, very noisy, poor customer service, my worst experience.

It was alright in overall ...
Pros:

The location is in the centre of the town and you are accessible to all shops and restaurants, breakfast is alright. the reception is helpful and nice in manner.

Cons:

The Wi-Fi signal in the rooms was extremely weak, making it difficult to stay connected. The absence of an air conditioner in the room made my stay particularly challenging during the scorching summer heat. Furthermore, the lack of a kettle or any facilities to make tea was inconvenient. However, upon ordering from the reception, they did provide a complimentary couple of cups of tea, which was a small consolation.

Pros:

Good price. Breakfast was okay. The location was great. The staff didn't know English but were helpful enough.

Cons:

I'm sure it could be a better place only if they could make some changes and add some necessary things to the rooms. The elevator can be dangerous.
