كل شيء كان رائع في الفندق، بدأ من الإستقبال موظف استقبال رائع (عبدالعزيز العنزي)
بهو رائع، غرفة جيدة واطلالة جميلة، افطار جيد متنوع ، مواقف سيارات واسعة وكبيرة ، الموقع في الجهة الجنوبية للمسجد النبوي من جهة البقيع على بعد أقل من 200 متر تقريبا ، ومقابل فندق بولمان زمزم ، أسفل الفندق مركز تجاري صغير ، وبالجوار الكثير من الخدمات مطاعم مقاهي وغيرها

كانت هناك سلبية واجهتني في المواقف ، تواصل معي الفندق وأبدى إهتمام عالي جداً للتوضيح ، أقدر إهتمامهم وتواصلهم ، شكراً أ. حليمة وكل من تواصل معي لتوضيح الأمر لذلك قمت بحذف الملاحظة وأعتبر إتصالهم واهتامهم يغطي على المشكلة التي حصلت

Generell sauber und die Nähe.

Cons:

Ablageflächen und Halen in der Toilette. Handtücher, Klamotten, usw konnte man schlecht aufhängen.
Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr langsam und sehr trocken... Servicegedanke war nicht ganz zu spüren

Maien Taiba Hotel is a new, clean, and well-equipped hotel with excellent breakfast and very helpful
Pros:

The hotel is new, clean, and well-equipped, with complete facilities. The breakfast was excellent, and the hotel is conveniently located close to the Nabawi Mosque. The concierge team was also very helpful and accommodating.

A special mention goes to Haleema, the hotel manager, who was great and made our stay more pleasant.

Cons:

The only area that needs improvement is housekeeping. The quadruple room where I stayed was cleaned daily, with sufficient supplies provided. However, the triple room was not cleaned for three days, which was disappointing.
