369 selamlama kapısına çok yakın konumda odalar temiz ve yeni hergün düzenli olarak temizlik yapılmaktadır.Tesis klimalıdır herhangi bir yemekhanede veya otelde koku yoktur.Ben kahvaltı dahil olarak tuttum .Kahvaltısı güzeldi akşam yemeğini ise hisarın restaurantı var otelde orası ile anlaştım kolay bir şekilde sabah akşam yemek olayını çözdüm tavsiye ederim çok memnun kaldım

Konum mükemmel. Mescidi Nebevi 364 nolu kapı 3 dk. Çalışanlar çok güleryüzlü ve ilgili. Hemen altında asansörle inip alışveriş yapabileceğiniz mağazalar var. Karşısında market var

I'm very pleased with the hotel and the service provided.
I was helped by Mr. Abdulaziz from the front desk, he was very polite, welcoming, organized and helpful. I greatly appreciate his service and energy.

I also got a phone call from Ms. Halima (as I remember) asking for the service and if anything needed.
And in the kitchen area the Egyptian cooking ppl they were very friendly and nice.
In general it was a great staying.

Thank you to everyone and a special thank you to Mr. Abdulaziz from the front desk.
انا سعيد جدا بالخدمه والوقت الذي امضيته في الفندق.
الاستاذ عبد العزيز في الاستقبال كان جدا مساعد ومرحب ومحترم ومنظم في عمله.
والاخت حليمه (حسب مااذكر) ايضا اتصلت تسأل عن الخدمه وان كان هناك اي خدمه لتقديمها.
والاخوه المصريين من المطبخ كانوا ايضا مرحبين ومرحين.
وجميع الاخوه والاخوات بشكل عام كانوا جيدين.
شكرا للجميع وشكر خاص للاخ عبد العزيز ع الروح المليئه بالنشاط والاحترام والانتظام في العمل.
