They were asking for 150 riyal just to check in two hours early; they absolutely wouldn't give us the available room. They insisted on 150 riyal, and since we were very tired, we had to pay it.

we LOVED our stay. from check in to check out, all the staff were welcoming and respectful. the hotel rooms were very clean. we were there during ramadan and there was a variety of food (suhoor) and delicious. we needed an iron and they quickly got it for us. all the elevators were working, rooms were spacious and clean, it was also very close to women’s gate. truly enjoyed our stay and inshaAllah will be staying here again!!
