الفندق كل شي فيه كويس وقريب للحرم النبوي اقل من 10 دقايق
وكمان في سوق تحت الفندق وفيه مغسلة ملابس
الموظفين كويسين مره
لو يرجع المدينه ثانيه راح احجز فيه
تجربه تستحق التكرار

وقت الفطور مره مبكر من 6 الين 10 الصبح ما يمدي الواحد يصحى
وفي موظفة دقت علينا واحنا نايمين تسال عن الفطور مع العلم حنا ما نزلنا نفطر ولا مره بسبب وقت الفطور مع اننا حاجزين الفطور
وتحت الفندق عند الباب فيه ناس كثير من جميع الجاليات ونصهم يجلسون على الارض وياكلون عليها

Good hotel - will stay there again Insha’Allah
Pros:

Fantastic location, new hotels and well maintained.

Cons:

Staff are not so well trained and don’t know procedures. Check in took ages and because it has separate bookings it confused the staff and was difficult to make payment. Restaurant staff were also confused as I had paid for meals but they couldn’t find the booking. The manager sorted it out eventually, but food choice and quality was not good so we never went back and ate out for the rest of the trip.
