Un séjour exceptionnel, alliant confort, hospitalité chaleureuse et proximité idéale avec le Haram.
Pros:

Le personnel était aux petits soins, très accueillant et attentionné, que ce soit à la réception, au service de chambre ou au restaurant.

Les chambres sont très propres, bien entretenues et disposent de tout le nécessaire pour un séjour confortable.

Le buffet est également un vrai point fort : varié, généreux et délicieux, avec un large choix de plats pour satisfaire tous les goûts. Un véritable plaisir à chaque repas !

La proximité de l’hôtel avec le Haram est également un atout considérable.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et nous nous sommes sentis accueillis avec beaucoup de gentillesse et de bienveillance. Un grand merci à toute l’équipe pour son professionnalisme et ses petites attentions qui ont fait toute la différence. Nous repartons avec de très beaux souvenirs et n’hésiterons pas à revenir lors d’un prochain séjour, incha’Allah !

Wir konnten früher ein checken und sehr spät auschecken da wir einen späten flug hatten. Nur Alolm und Nazmul Nur waren für unsere 3 Zimmer zuständig und waren immer hilfsbereit und haben unsere Zimmer immer in einem Top Zustand gebracht.

Would definitely recommend to those who want a clean, modern, and close to Masjid Al Nabawi hotel

The staff were absolutely wonderful. Extremely kind from reception, to dining, to housekeeping. We had a very kind helpful housekeeper I believe his name was Mohammad Hafz. They are constantly checking with you to see if you need anything and are eager to restock/serve you. We never had to call them in our 1 week stay. They would just show up for us. The hotel is incredibly close to Masjid Al Nabawi. True to what the gps estimate says of it being a 5 minute walk. You can see the masjid grounds from the hotel street view. The rooms and bathrooms were clean. The breakfast had plenty of variety. There were connected shopping centers, a mall in the basement, I believe a gym and prayer room as well. I really respect their prices for the value. I hope they keep their costs as is and not increase it any more because affordable pricing encourages people to book. I would definitely recommend to anyone who’s looking to stay in Madina. My family and I would definitely stay again.

Cons:

We booked a three person room with three single beds. The rooms are a bit small but acceptable. We couldn’t open all our bags at once. We had to put one under the table, another we zipped closed completely, and the other half closed. It can get a bit crowded. The bathroom is also a bit small and the water doesn’t drain fast when spilled on the bathroom floor. So it can easily cause you to slip and hurt yourself if you’re not careful. We were forced to place towel to create friction.
