Schöner Ort, etwas mehr „Luxus“ würde einen grossen Impact haben..

Schönes Ensemble von Bungalows, eher ringhörig. Schön inmitten der toscana gelegen, nach montepulciano ca 20 Minuten mit dem Auto.

Cons:

Ringhörig. Und brutal kalt in den Zimmern (anfangs oktober, draussen nachts um die 10*C) Frühstück sehr bescheiden, Früchte und ein wirklich frischer z.B. orangensaft gehören meines Erachtens dazu. sonst tiptop.

Cons:

Camera sporca piena di polvere e cosa più terribile piena di ragnatele sopra il letto un orrore il bagno con doccino rotto che cascava bagno sporco e puzza di fogna
Staff scortese in particolare uno dei camerieri un maleducato che si vedono pochi un vero campagnolo ogni sua risposta una battuta in felice come se fossimo amici di vecchia data scorbutico e maleducato.
Lo stesso cameriere lo ritrovo alla reception richiedo fattura al check out e risponde che non è in grado di farla e che il giorno dopo me l’avrebbe fatta un’altra perdono che si occupa delle fatture e io in buonafede lascio la struttura 10 giorni dopo niente fattura chiamo al telefono riconosco la voce indovinate un po’ lo stesso tizio maleducato che mi aggredisce al telefono e mi dice che la fattura non me la fa e dice denunciami e fai la segnalazione su Booking che dovrebbe garantire per questo Otello tra l’altro comunque pessimo.

早餐的品种略微单调了，可以再增加一些样式和选择。房间的水只提供了第一天的，后面就好都未能提供

Wunderschönes Hotel mit Pool in ruhiger Trasimeno Region
Pros:

Sehr schöner Poolbereich (der Pool geht aber nur bis zur Hüfte). Tolle Anlage generell! Viele kleine Häuschen. Zimmer sind sehr schön eingerichtet! Sehr angenehmes Abendessen mit Blick auf den Sonnenuntergang (Mitte September). Sehr freundliches Personal!

Cons:

Leider hat es ein Tag vorher sehr stark geregnet und deshalb war hier eine echte Moskito Plage! Aber dafür kann das Hotel ja nichts. Sie haben uns mückenspray geschenkt.

Pros:

I had an absolutely amazing holiday at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the vibe was welcoming, relaxed, and full of positive energy. The atmosphere made it so easy to unwind and enjoy every moment.
A special thank you to Mr. Luca – he truly made the experience even better. His professionalism, attention to detail, and friendly attitude really stood out. He went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, and it didn’t go unnoticed!
Highly recommended for anyone looking for a great stay with top-notch service. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Don’t match the expectations.
Pros:

The location is beautiful, the breakfast was good, the service at diner was nice.

Cons:

• The room was not clean: it was dusty, there were spider webs, and we found several spiders (we had to kill at least four during the night).
• The pool in the morning was dirty and full of pieces of wood and grass, as the gardening was done right next to it (also very noisy).
• The air conditioning in the room did not work properly, so it was uncomfortably hot.
• Finally, the service at reception in the morning was not welcoming.

Più che soddisfatti dal nostro soggiorno. Struttura stile rustico, ben tenuta ed immersa nella natura. Buon cibo e personale molto accogliente,gentile e disponibile. Pulizia ottima. Adatto sia a coppie che famiglie.
