A lovely room with excellent clean facilities,close to cafes restaurants .
Pros:

Location room bed v good

Cons:

Having to ask for hot water to be turned on ,and no extra toilet rolls easily available .
The mosquitoes were bad even having doors to patio closed all the time . Air con fixed and at times cold

The price charged by the hotel was high and the amenities given were not worth it.

Cons:

We had to contact the staff for hot water every time we had to take a shower as there was no geyser inside the bathroom. There was no TV, no room service.

Had a good stay, even though there was a cyclone passing Pondicherry
Pros:

The room was nice and spacious with a big toilet and wonderful balcony. The location of this property is nice and central and close to many restaurants and amenities. The museum next door is a top attraction.

Cons:

The hot water was not readily available. We had to call the reception every time we had to shower. Though there are many restaurants near by, there is no in house dining.

Pros:

Location, amenities, neat and clean - staff was warm with close proximity to cafe’s, beach

Great Aesthetics and Comfort. Need to do more work on facilities.
Pros:

Perfectly located in White Town, close to the best restaurants and cafés. The villa is stunning and beautifully aesthetic.

Cons:

However, the experience was quite disappointing overall. The receptionist welcomed us as if he was doing us a favor by letting us stay — not at all pleasant or friendly. The night staff and security, on the other hand, were very polite and helpful.

The villa focuses more on looks than facilities. There were no basic amenities like hand wash or a hair dryer in the bathroom. Water pressure was poor, No hot water and the drainage system wasn’t working properly.

A really nice stay
