Pros:

strategic location, safety are secured as the access card is limited to the floor stayed.
clean home, simple yet complete furniture. washing machine is a bonus as dryer option is available. feels like home, comfortable.
a few mineral water was provided on arrival.

Cons:

will be better if can provide a filtered drinking water machine.
others are all good.

Cozy Stay
Pros:

Location was great and host is friendly and helpful. The space has everything you need for a comfortable short term stay.

Cons:

The lift does get crowded and congested during checkout at 11am so do plan ahead to avoid missing flights.

The home is really aesthetic vibes, and all the facilities is okay.

The lift is really hard to get especially when many people checkout that day, we just use the tangga at the end

Pros:

Good service, and good location, there in CBD of Kota Kinabalu.
The landlord will solve any questions for you as soon as possible.
The room has an artistic atmosphere and is very comfortable to live in.
I will also choose this place next time.

Cons:

The elevator waits too long during peak hours.

Nice and great location
Pros:

The deco and ambiance is nice .. has all the stuff you need like iron little kitchen towel etc. The host is great too.

Cons:

I think the bed a bit hard , wires in front of the TV can be hidden with a closed cabinet ..

Everything was good, we're happy to book this property again later.
Pros:

good access to safma market, todak waterfront & kraftangan market by walking. i like the rattan style in this room, very suitable for photogenic people. When we were entering the room, everything was ready (aircond-on, lighting-on & calm music).

Cons:

you must pay the parking fees, if you want to park the car in this building.

The property is in the heart of the city, walking distance to the jetty, shopping mall and outside markets. We had a lovely sea view.

Cons:

Nothing, the place was perfect. I wish I was staying longer.
