Needs a makeover
Pros:

The room attendant was kind enough to talk the receptionist into letting us check-in earlier since the top room was vacant.

Cons:

Needs a makeover. The lobby was gloomy and dark with a smell that is not nice. Even the room has a distinct unokeasant smell. We asked for early check-in, receptionist did not even let me finish my sentence that I am willing to pay extra, shut me down with the 2pm check-in.
