Pros:

We had a good experience at the hotel. The hotel is really clean and cozy. They even have welcome drinks and towels. The staff were extremely accommodating and helpful. The location is also very convenient. As soon as you walk out of the alleyway, the Starbucks is already there and it is a 3-5 minute walk to Dmall. There is also a nearby store that is open 24 hours. I like that it is beach front but you have to walk a little bit away because boats are usually docked infront. I will definitely come back and stay again at their hotel in the future.

Cons:

The only downside here is that there was no place to hang our wet clothes after each swim from the beach but the staff was very kind enough to let us hang our clothes to their open laundry area at the back of the ground floor. This is just a very minor detail and it did not affect our whole experience at all.

Pros:

It is close to the beach and quiet.

Cons:

I booked a room with a balcony but when the booking is confirmed they told me that the room I booked is not available and that they can only give me a standard room.
Yes I was refunded with cash by the price difference but it feels off since the booking is nonrefundable via booking.com and they said the staff told me they cannot cancel the booking. I would’ve wanted to look for another hotel.
Other than that, the staff were so nice and I love how quiet the location is even when it is close to the beach.

Great location, enjoyable stay for a reasonable price.
Pros:

The hotel is located near Dmall, which is very practical. The staff were attentive and responsive to our requests. The bed mattress are very comfortable. A small refrigerator is always appreciated. Wi-fi is available and easily accessible.

Cons:

The small balcony is good for hanging wet towels and bathing suits but it is so small and the view of the neighbors roof and backyard is not nice. The toilet and the shower are next to each other with no divider so water splashes all over the place and even overflows. Must be re-adjusted and improved.
