Location is good . Staff is very supportive and kitchen staff is very good to support food

It is ok for very short stay.

Cons:

Location. Very difficult to reach by car. No proper car parking. Very congested. It is not the place who are travelling by their own car.

Dissapointed stay

Parking space availability is there

Rooms were messy and unclean
Bedsheets were dirty
Food was way below average
Was promised about warm water but we didn’t get even after requesting the staff.
Very laid back attitude of the staff

Cons:

The booked room wasn't provided. I booked one triple room and one deluxe room. However, they provided two economy rooms which were not clean. Had a bad experience.

This hotel was very bad. The room condition was not good and the services were poor. The TV was not working properly and the staff could not fix the issue. The hotel showed different facilities in advertisements, but the actual services were completely different. Overall, my experience was disappointing and I would not recommend this hotel to others.

Nothing.

Cons:

They gave me a room which is used for their on duty workers, there was a small room within my room and with a bed and blanket just lying as if it had just been used. Pathetic experience. Bedsheets were filled with different colours of stains, couldn't sleep peacefully either and used my backpack as my pillow as I was disgusted with their bedding

Pros:

Location comparatively at higher elevation with open surroundings makes the place hygienic. Not far from transport hub/market. Access to an open terrace in the hotel makes it a great place.

Bathroom was new in one room. We booked 2 rooms and one room was good..

Cons:

Pillow was dirty and Reataurant long waiting for food.
Parking situation wss difficult.
Staff was friendly but too much stressed.

It was more or less a comfortable accommodation. Because we can't expect much more facilities in such a small hill station as compared to metro cities.
