Disappointing
Pros:

The rooms were clean and tidy.

Cons:

We were assured that we could check-in early but when we arrived the room wasnt ready. We were given a new room but the plug points didn't work which meant no charging our phones or making coffee for the journey home. There was also a massive party that endured through the night (outside of our room) which only ended at 04h30.

Pros:

Our family cottage was just what we required. The cottage was clean,neat and tidy. Peace and quiet is what we needed. It is ideally situated opposite badplaas resort,so it's in and out easily. As a family we could enjoy playing pool whilst braaing all together. Will most definitely book again.

Pros:

Very poor service. At night, there was no one to look for us as their guest. There’s no wi-fi in the rooms. Cold water in the swimming pool.
There is no tv in the rooms. No bath soap. No fans. No chairs. No kettle, tea cups for something related.

I can't recommend that place. They still need to improve on many things. Otherwise, their business isn't going anywhere.

What a waste of our money, time, and energy. Looking at the money we paid, it's a way too expensive, yet there are no attractive things on the rooms
