Pros:

Schöne Lage. Mit funktionierenden Schwimmbad und bei sommerlichen Wetter sicher noch besser.
Nettes und sehr bemühtes Personal. Zimmer sehr sauber.

Cons:

Pros:

Nice location in a beautiful nature. Quiet place in the post-season. Cozy and comfortable Studio equipped for cooking. During my 10-days stay nobody came to clean or empty the waste bins. Maybe it was just a misunderstanding or error in the hotel management but actually I enjoyed it a lot and had no intention to "fix" it - I produced no waste and the weather was nice so there was no need to clean. With no such room service I felt like at home :)
Btw, in the hotels I always put the Do-not-disturb sign anyway :)

Cons:

The personnel spoke only German - it was difficult to communicate.

Für einen Kurzurlaub ok.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war ok. Da wir ziemlich die einzigen Gäste , bis auf einen Tag, waren hat der Chef persönlich das Frühstück für uns zubereitet. Die Brötchen waren noch warm und es gab alles, was man zum Frühstück benötigt. Das Personal war sehr nett.

Cons:

Der Marina Park liegt am Finow Kanal. Man kann dort gemütlich in die Stadt laufen. Die ist nicht so sehenswert. Der Markt ist recht schön und man kann auch gut Essen gehen.
Die Hotelanlage ist noch im Wiederaufbau, aber das wussten wir. Es gab keinen Baulärm.
Wenn das Schwimmbad dann mal fertig ist, wird es doch sehr schön sein.

Pros:

Das Frühstück war gut, man hat sich sehr viel Mühe gegeben.
Sehr positiv im Zimmer fand ich das Getränke-Set.
Bestehend aus Wasserkocher sowie Vorräten aus Tee und Instandkaffee.

Cons:

Abwassergeruch draußen, war sehr extrem.
Ich hatte ein Zimmer mit Terrasse.
Die Zimmer sind sehr nüchtern, kahl sowie zweckmäßig eingerichtet.
Für einen längeren Aufenthalt sehr ungemütlich.
Das eigene Restaurant hat im Winter geschlossen.
