Friendly staff, Clean premises and well maintaned property, Value for money.
Pros:

I loved that the staff was accomodating, I reached 2 hours before my check-in.. He welcomed us with a smile and without mentioning that we had come way before he expected us.. he handed us our room keys.. the room was super spacious.. we were 3 adults and it didnt feel cramped up at all. The propety was super clean and the pool was well maintained. the recption person and staff were very sweet. We went to loanaval on a bike ride from mumbai and were super tired when we arrived, Their hospitality was wonderful..

Pros:

Rooms are spacious and breakfast is good

Cons:

Facilities were poor and we had to keep calling reception.. Pool not clean. Though we were told on booking.com that payment could be made on checkin, we received an email to make half payment otherwise booking would be canceled and that's what they did. When we finally checked in, debit/credit card payment was not accepted and had to pay cash

Pros:

The price is pretty cheap and you can get a big room to stay with your children and it is located around 1 km from the main road. If you are looking for a stay for overnight, it is a best option.

Cons:

Rooms could be cleaned properly, bed sheets and blankets are very old.
Breakfast is average not many options
overall ok ok stay.. if you spend 2k-3k more you would get a better hotel in lonavala
