Facility was mediocre, staff was awful, room had lots of mosquitoes, location was the only good thing.
Pros:

Location was great.

Cons:

The staff barely spoke English, no Thai and needed a translator for Lao. He wanted to charge a fee to keep the charge on my credit card on file with Booking because he wanted me to pay cash. He gave me an attitude when I requested a receipt for my cash payment.

Good stay in Vang Vieng
Pros:

The breakfast was really nice and fresh every morning, thanks to the ladies that run the kitchen. You could also get your room cleaned every day if you wanted to.

Cons:

A bit old. There’s no swimming pool like in the pictures. But we could use the swimming pool of a nearby hotel, so it was a good solution!

Vi sov fint men sengen var også hård

At vi havde et sted og sove

Cons:

Vi fik ingenting skiftet, hverken sengetøj eller håndklæder. De bookede en sleeperbus til os og sagde den bestod af to stop. Vi er på turen og har allerede haft 7 stop!!! Dette er uacceptabelt!

L'établissement est idéalement situé au cœur de ville. Le personnel très agréable et serviable, l'anglais est bien parlé. Mention spéciale pour les pancakes banane (je vous conseille 😉). Les chambres sont propres et spacieuses. Si vous êtes je recommande cet établissement.

A friendly staff member welcomed us to the hotel. The room was big, clean and quiet. Breakfast was also great. Location was very convenient.

For a central stay and the price we paid it was ok

The manager was super friendly and helpful. The room was big and we had a nice view from the 1. Floor

Bed was too hard and the room very badly isolated. We heard every noise from outside

Le déjeuner super bon avec des œufs de pleins façon différentes, des bons jus et des fruits. Coussins très confortables et chambre propre

Cons:

La piscine n’est pas dans l’établissement, il faut aller dans un autre hôtel lié qui est à moins de 100m mais faut traverser la rue etc
