Disappointing
Pros:

Location was ok

Cons:

No pool despite advertising one. They have access to a different hotels pool but it’s 100m away across the main road. Very poor breakfast - bread and toaster but no butter, jam or any other food to put on it.

Pros:

We didn't stay there as after arrival realised no Swimming Pool at the hotel. Very bad staff behavior and false ads.

Cons:

Staff were excellent.

Cons:

Basically you get what you pay for. We had ants in our room. No lift & the steps were steep, however the staff did carry our bags. Didn't see the pool as it was not on-site. No butter or spreads to put on you bread/toast. Omelette was nice though.

The staff were very friendly. The rooms were spacious. The hotel is in the center, close to restaurants, shops, car rentals, and shopping. The breakfast was delicious. Good value for money. I will return.

Pros:

The staff were very helpful..
The hotel is in a very good location.
The swimming pool is off-site, a short walk away, at another hotel - although this is a fantastic idea, hotels and guesthouses sharing swimming pools.

Attention piscine pas dans l’hôtel
Pros:

Le personnel est très serviable.

Cons:

Nous pensions avoir réserver un hôtel avec pisicine mais la piscine est située dans un autre hôtel dans la rue perpendiculaire. Très décevant.
Les lits sont les plus durs que nous avons rencontré au Laos.
