Amazing Albanian hospitality and welcoming staff. Extremely helpful!
Pros:

The staff was so kind, friendly and welcoming. Loved the hospitality and fantastic service and atmosphere!
We got free coffee and beer when we arrived and free coffee and water anytime after. Free parking. Thank you very much. We loved that!

Cons:

I'm so sorry that I can't give 10, but unfortunately there are reasons for that.
The carpets were extremely dirty and the staff and other guests were smoking in the breakfast restaurant. It's a BIG NO GO! It's awful eating in cigarette smoke
The second day the cleaning lady had only emptied the trash, left the bed in a mess and just left the door for the balcony wide open. My mother didn't even get clean towels. (We had been out all day).

Staff was friendly, helpful and welcoming. Thank you very much.

Cons:

The dirty carpets. Smoking in the breakfast restaurant was not nice. Cleaning lady didn't clean the second day.

Top Hotel!!!
Pros:

Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Die Lage ist äußerst zentral, zudem steht ein großer Parkplatz zur Verfügung. Das Frühstücksbuffet war ebenfalls sehr gut. Ich war bereits zum zweiten Mal hier und würde jederzeit wiederkommen.

The hotel was a fantastic experience. The room was very clean and comfortable, with all the necessary facilities. The staff was extremely friendly and always ready to help. The breakfast was delicious. The location is perfect, close to everything you need. It truly felt like home and I will definitely return. Highly recommended

اعجبني فطورهم حلو ومتنوع وعندهم شاي تركي مضبوط

المواقف مساحه خاصه امام الفندق

قدامه مسجد وقريب من سنتر برزرين تروح مشي

اخلاقهم ممتازه وطيبين

تجربتي كانت وقت شتاء والمكيف الحار 👍

غرفتي كانت بالدور الاول فوق الارضي
والمطعم بالدور الثاني ولا فيه مصعد

والغرفه فيها ضيق شوي
وكان فيه ريحة بسيطه طالعه من الحمام اكرمكم الله

السلبيات هذي بسيطه جدا ولا تعيب المكان بالنسبه لي ولا تفرق معي ابدا ولكن ذكرتها ممكن تفرق مع غيري

Zentrales Hotel mit großem Parkplatz, sehr freundlichem und hilfsbereitem Personal sowie einem tollen Frühstücksbuffet.

Sehr gutes Hotel in zentraler Lage mit großem Parkplatz. Das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich und äußerst hilfsbereit. Auch das Frühstücksbuffet war hervorragend.
