Pros:

Muito limpo e o quarto e banheiros novos. A piscina estava em obras, nao pudemos usar e estávamos nos dias mais quentes do verão;

Cons:

Piscina em obras, barulho e pedreiros no local, obra bagunçada.

Hotel was recently opened.

Cons:

We waited for over an hour in front of a closed door and contacted neighbours to contact someone who by chance knew some staff from the hotel to open us and welcome us at 1630h.

Reception rarely occupied and interaction was mainly over WhatsApp but internet rarely available.

Sehr schönes, großes, komfortables Zimmer, schönes Bad, sehr gutes Frühstück , Pool, Parkplatz, abgeschlossenes Gelande

Cons:

Frühstück erst ab 8 ( sonst Lunchbox), wurde auf das Zimmer gebracht, aber nie pünktlich, als wir ankamen mussten wir eine halbe Stunde auf die Vermieterin warten. Eher ein Airbnb als ein Hotel, Rezeption immer unbesetzt .

Linda Hospedagem
Pros:

Os chales são novos, a cama e o chuveiro são ótimos. A decoração do quarto é muito linda e a vista da sacada para o vulcão é surpreendente . O café da manhã é maravilhoso , feito com cuidado e fresquinho.
Eles emprestam toalhas para fazer o passeio do Termas de Puritana o que foi ótimo. Tem serviço de lavanderia também o que ajudou muito.

Cons:

Ele é distante do centro , então ou você tem ânimo de andar bastante ou tem que pegar um Uber .

Gostei e retornaria.
Pros:

Gostei de quase tudo, principalmente do apartamento e do café da manhã.

Cons:

Chegamos no local e não havia ninguém. O portão estava aberto, ainda assim nos sentimos abandonados e impotentes.

Linda Habitación con moderno baño, se nota que está todo nuevo
Pros:

El desayuno muy rico, te lo llevan a la pieza el día anterior puedes elegir algunas cosas y el estacionamiento perfecto justo fuera de la habitación.

Cons:

El único pero que tengo es que el desayuno se demoraba un poco se retrasaba 15-20 min de la hora que uno había agendado.

Limpeza, café da manhã, internet ótima, aquecimento do quarto, banheiro novo. Atendimento no dia da chegada pela atendente Pamela e sempre disponível pelo WhatsApp.

Cons:

Claridade do quarto é o fato de não ter TV.

No me pareció segura la calefacción, no advertí que tuviera la ventilación necesaria

Modern, immaculately clean, friendly
Pros:

The included breakast was great. You get a tick sheet when you arrive to choose exactly what you want which is great. Modern design, clean rooms with a tasteful Chilean flavour/decor Wish we had stayed longer. 3 min drive from town. Great view out to the main snow capped mountain.
No fridge or aircon but they will refrigerate items for you. Family run. Super friendly. Dog lovely.
WiFi great.
WhatsApp to say when you are arriving or when you need them to open gate to let you out (quite common here it seems.
Not great English but use google translate like a lot of places here, and works very well.
