Passable, but wouldn't choose again

The check in process was very well done and easy. The location is good, and well connected to everything you might want to see in Alicante.

The stay at this guesthouse wasn’t as comfortable as we expected. The check in process was very well done and easy, but the space wasn’t as clean as expected. There was dust almost everywhere, and the kitchen wasn’t clean either - the cutting board had very clean signs of previous use. The apartment looks much cleaner and newer in the photos, and this isn’t true to life. We got the apartment with the kitchen because we explicitly wanted to cook for ourselves, but there was only one spoon and no cups (had to go to the shared kitchen to get them). We were in the 3rd floor, but could hear every move from downstairs. Even the bell ringing 19 times at 5 A.M when people were coming back from parties drunk (of course this is not the problem with the property, but there should be some type of policy for this). As a person who works in tourism myself and knows of pricing and value for apartments, for the price we payed, you could find a much nicer hostel for a more comfortable and cleaner stay.

It was not clean. I was afraid to enter the kitchen and the fridge...oh my god. It's a veeery old apartment.

Hard to get inside, instructions not clear. Good that the personel responded but I waited outside 2hours.

Inside the bathroom door is broken, inside bathtub very old. I was afraid somebody would get in.

The room was small, smelled odd. I got only light and old bed cover. It was too cold for me.

The dust everywhere....in this money - avoid it!

Pire expérience de ma vie, si vous prenez la chambre triple vous êtes à l’entrée du coup vous subissez tout le bruit et l’isolation est inexistante, et si comme moi vous êtes au moment que des gens bruyants qui font la fête et qui crient jusqu’à pas d’heure bon courage parce que le proprio va absolument rien faire

Je suis très choqué de ce que j'ai pu voir en arrivant dans la chambre, des meubles de séjour, aucun dressing, ni cintre, j'ai dû le réclamé, impossible de fermer la porte du balcon il y a un défaut, il y a pas de sèche linge, aucune table de chevet, j'ai dû rapproché ma valise prêt du lit, les draps, n'ont jamais étè changé pendant toute la durée mon séjour, matelas plein de taches!!! également le ménage n'a jamais été fait c'est vraiment regrettable de louer un chambre dans des conditions aussi précaires, médiocre, je ne peux faire confiance à votre plateforme Booking , je suis vraiment déçu c'est votre rôle de contrôler vos prestataires que vous mettez sur votre site? je vous demande le remboursement de ce désastre !!!
