If price is more important than cleanliness, this is the place to stay.
Pros:

I booked this motel because I needed the cheapest place to stay one night before an event in NYC.

Cons:

Room was filthy. Hairs on toilet. Debris in fridge. Intense smoke odors. The booking.com rate was higher than the rate posted in the room. Finders fee ripoff I guess. It's worth staying here if you really can't afford to spend more than necessary and are willing to make compromises on sanitation. But frankly I think it's even a bit expensive for what they give you.

The motel description said non-smoking rooms. We had a hard time getting in because of the cigarette smell. Even the walls were yellowed from the smoke.
