Good location, great hotel, restaurant could be better (smaller menu but of better quality).
Pros:

Comfortable rooms, great facilities, and very friendly staff. Perfect location for travelers to Vardzia.

Cons:

The restaurant was disappointing, with unavailable wines, an old (really passed its best) wine offered instead, and some dishes (beef tong) not well prepared.

It is the best place to have a peaceful rest. It is also very suitable for relaxing with children.

Cons:

Не рекомендую останавливаться в этом отеле. Персонал ужасно неприветливый, в номере нет никаких принадлежностей. Даже вода в нашем номере была вскрыта и кем-то уже наполовину выпита. В номере ужасный запах хлорки. Бассейн заявлен, но по факту в зимний сезон то ли не растает, то ли его открывают только после просьбы, соответственно заранее нужно звонить и узнавать будет ли он работать. В момент нашего проживания его прямо при нас в 11 утра мыли хлоркой и купаться там было невозможно, сауна была холодной. Я не знаю как вообще возможно спать в таком запахе хлорки, весь следующий день было чувство тошноты и жжения в носу и горле

Cons:

отсутствие нормальной стены между комнатами. Друзья - пара, а тутя рядом. Потом друг храпел всю ночь спать не давал

Wunderschöner und erholsamer Aufenthalt!
Pros:

Wo soll ich anfangen: Lage - top! Ausicht - ein Traum! Zimmer - super komfortabel! Personal - an Freundlichkeit nicht zu überbieten! Essen - unglaublich lecker! Saune und Pool - Entspannung pur! Wir hatten uns diese Unterkunft spontan gemietet, da wir uns gerne noch die Vardzia Höhlenstadt anschauen wollten (ca. 30 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt) und wurden nicht enttäuscht. Bei unserer Ankuft wurden wir ganz herzlich empfangen, die Gastgeberin konnte sogar ein bisschen deutsch, und wir wurden zu unserem Zimmer gebracht. Vorher wurde uns aber noch das ganze Hotel gezeigt (Restaurant, Pool, Sauna). Abends waren wir im Restaurant essen und hatte tolles georgisches essen (Ostri und Khinkali kann ich sehr empfehlen). Danach ging es noch für eine Runde in die Sauna, die wir ganz für uns alleine hatten. Bademäntel, Hausschuhe und Saunahandtücher waren alle vorhanden. Am nächsten tag wurden wir mit einem tollen Frühstück begrüßt, welches bereits für uns auf dem Tisch stand. Ein wirklich ganz toller und leider viel zu kurzer Aufenthalt, bei dem es uns an nichts gefehlt hat. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Прекрасный отдых вдали от городской суеты: красиво, комфортно,вкусно.
Pros:

Отель в прекрасном живописном уединенном месте. Номер чистый и просторный, кровати достаточно удобные, постельное белье и полотенца безупречно чистые. Сытный и вкусный завтрак. И любой отель прежде всего запоминается по отношению к гостям - персонал приветливый, внимательный и расторопный, приятные улыбки девушек. Очень вкусная еда в ресторане при отеле.

Cons:

Поскольку вся семья посетила сауну и бассейн,было много мокрых вещей. Хотелось бы небольшую раскладную сушилку в номере.
