Very poor services compared to a hotel of international standard. No complimentary water for guest? no electric tea kettle or tea in he room? despite the rate charged for foreign individuals there is no breakfast. internet services very poor

Exceptionally friendly staff and well-located hotel
Pros:

Besonders die Mitarbeiter im Hotelrestaurant waren extrem freundlich und generell finde ich, dass ich besonders die Nettigkeit der Belegschaft großartig fand.

Cons:

Das Hotel wird gerade ausgebaut und erweitert, entsprechend war tagsüber viel Baustellenlärm zu hören und einige der angegebenen Services existieren noch nicht (Pool, Gym, ...), aber ich fand es trotzdem sehr schön.

Pros:

The Manager is very hospitable and understanding. The room sizes are very big and allow easy movement.

Cons:

The bathrooms are not aerated. They need to have a breather/outlet opened for air to get out so they can smell fresh. Restaurant ha no printed menu so it is easy for a waiter/ress to mix up an order due to language and accent challenges.
