Péssima estadia. Limpeza deixa a desejar, atendimento confuso e não devolveram o meu dinheiro

Boa tarde, Realizei o pagamento do valor integral diretamente no hotel, no momento do check in. Infelizmente, tive uma emergência familiar e precisei sair no dia seguinte, usufruindo somente de 1 diária. Não estornaram o valor e prenderam o dinheiro, dizendo que só seria possível a opção de reagendamento. Um mês depois e falando com outra pessoa disseram que o estorno poderia ter acontecido, mas que já se passara um mês do ocorrido. Cada hora falam uma coisa. O quarto não estava limpo, lençóis e toalhas com manchas. Muitos insetos.

Café da manhã muito bom, quarto limpo e equipe atenciosa.

Cons:

O isolamento acústico precisa ser melhorado. Ouvíamos a TV do quarto ao lado perfeitamente do nosso. Ou colocar certa regras de educação para os hóspedes, como limitação de som a partir de 22h.
