К сожалению, выбор квартиры оказался не самым удачным, и, похоже, Booking.com сыграл здесь свою роль. Думали, что из-за дефицита подходящих вариантов выпал именно этот. Ехать было далеко, и мы решили рискнуть, забронировав на целых 5 дней.

Главный минус – это крошечная комната, которую едва ли можно назвать полноценным номером, да еще и с кондиционером, который в конце ноября оказался совершенно бесполезен, так как ночью было холодно. Мы даже подумывали съехать, но хозяйка пошла навстречу и предоставила обогреватель.

Кухня тоже вызвала вопросы: мойка совмещена с раковиной, что делает процесс мытья посуды и, например, чистки зубов, весьма неудобным. Сервиз тоже оставляет желать лучшего – всего две разные чашки и одна столовая ложка, к тому же, детские вилки. Похоже, предыдущие гости кухней практически не пользовались, хотя чайник есть.

Единственный плюс – это две большие отдельные кровати. В целом, в холодное время года это место я бы не рекомендовал.

Everything is excellent. I will book here again for my future travels.
Pros:

The apartment was very clean. The bed is very comfortable. It has a microwave inside the room that is hassle free in reheating food. The neighborhood is very quiet and you can rest very well. It has 2 stations near the apartment both are very convenient.

The host was responsive. Self check-in is always preferable.

Cons:

The distance to the train station is about 1km.
The toilet has no bidet and has no place to hang or put your towel or anything. The toiletries provided is of poor quality.
It is way overpriced for the room and facilities because I paid half the amount for better studio apartment and half the distance to the train station.

It was clean and in case you dont want luxury it is very good, i was not disturbed at any point only reported that i checked in and checked out, all the basic nesseseties were there, very close to shops station and shopping street

Cons:

Booking.com removed our link with instructions as some kind of safetymeasure? Because of this we had some trouble because we arrived late. However, the owner was kind to answer the phone despite late hours!! Really saved us.

Pros:

Good space for its price! Has everything you need to go on and about in the day!

Cons:

Television is in odd spot? Kitchen area likes to be cold separately than the bedroom, probably just winter though.

Pros:

I loved the location,very quiet just on the edge of Tokyo .it was very accessible to all trains .it had plenty of shops and restaurants just around the corner from the apartment. The apartment had everything you need for a few days or a week like I stayed.very clean and comfortable .the owner was lovely.next time I come to Tokyo I will book their accommodation if it's available .thank you momo for a lovely stay.Robert San xx
