Pros:

Отлично отдохнули в этом отеле с семьей и друзьями на новогодние праздники. Отель превзошел ожидания. Просторные номера с дизайнерским ремонтом, удобные кровати, чисто и уютно, было очень комфортно. Особенно хочу отметить работу персонала, любые вопросы и пожелания решались мгновенно. Местоположение отеля, лучше не придумаешь, самый центр и на набережной. Ну и еще огромный плюс, это конечно ресторан, который расположен на двух первых этажах. Замечательная атмосфера, кухня превзошла ожидания, обслуживание на высоте. Обязательно вернемся снова и будем рекомендовать друзьям!

Понравилось всё ! Отлично провели время. Жили в семейном номере с видом на море. Номер чистый, просторный, всё есть. Персонал очень отзывчивый. Бонусом: очень вкусный ресторан прямо в отеле.

Pros:

Ufak tefek sorunlar oldu ama tüm çalışanların yaklaşımı aşırı samimi ve kibardı. Özellikle ilk gün Neko hanım çok yardımcı olmuştu.

Otelin konumu, manzarasi ve temizligi cok iyiydi. Calisanlari yardimsever ve oldukca guler yuzluydu.

Cons:

Kaldigimiz odada memnun olmadigimiz tek sey isitma problemiydi. Isitmasi cok yetersizdi ve isinma konusunda sorun yasadik.
