Изысканный и гостеприимный!
Pros:

Прекрасный, изысканный, элегантный отель, с великолепной локацией и интерьером.
Внимательный и заботливый персонал.

Мы приехали лишь на уикенд из Тбилиси и влюбились в этот отель и в окружающий его местоположение - исторический и культурный Батуми.

Со мной произошла непредвиденная ситуация - я забыла в отеле паспорт и уехала с столицу, пропажа обнаружилась за сутки до вылета домой.
Администрация отеля оперативно решила проблему с отправкой паспорта мне в Тбилиси и я улетела вовремя. Огромная благодарность.

Мне особо хочется отметить хозяина отеля за его гостеприимство, приветственное угощение и решение моей проблемы. Благодарю сердечно!

Потрясающие впечатления . Праздник для души.

Дорогие сотрудники отеля и хозяева! Я бесконечно благодарна своей интуиции, что все таки выбрала этот отель. Все- начиная от радушной встречи и возможностью заселиться раньше, готовность помочь, выполнить пожелания( включая предоставление номера, который сразу приглянулся на Booking.com )-все было великолепно. Чистота потрясающая, уборка очень качественная, как будто вселяешься заново. Было иногда дождливо, но в номере уютно и тепло, температуру можно регулировать. Постель очень удобная,матрац и подушки мне понравились. Отдельная благодарность Khatia- человек на своем месте, профессионал. Ощущение, что я не в отеле, а ее гостья. .Еда в ресторане очень вкусная, хачапури рекомендую всем!) Вид из окна- это то, что я очень ценю и номер выбирала с видом. Но живые впечатления много лучше картинки. Местоположение супер. В 1,5 минуты ходьбы магазин, в 1 минуте прекрасный сувенирный магазин, канатная дорога в 5-7 минут ходьбы. А главное- это атмосфера старого города и близость моря.
Вернусь, рекомендую ВСЕМ! Еще раз спасибо за теплый прием!

Cons:

Pessimo il cocktail bar presente all'ultimo piano. Prezzi esorbitanti e, alla richiesta di un Negroni, hanno consegnato un intruglio dove, forse, l'unico componente della ricetta era il gin. Si può scherzare con i clienti ma si deve averne il rispetto anziché spiegare che ovunque nel mondo il turista viene trattato così. Come dire che erano coscienti di quello che avevano fatto? Evidentemente. Per 30€? Ogni ulteriore commento sarebbe superfluo. Un luogo per arricchiti che devono ostentare.

Impeccable
Pros:

This seaside boulevard hotel is impeccable. It only has six rooms so one must be lucky to book a room at high season here. The room design is next to perfect. The balcony is excellent for morning coffee and evening wine. A wardrobe closet is almost the size of a room at certain Italian hotels :-)
Food is great.

Cons:

Soundproofing is generally good but it doesn't protect 100% against loud evening street music and modified car exhausts. Both of these, however, end rather early as the city apparently enforces tight night-time noise rules.

The plumber mixed between C and H letters on sink taps. Presumably he thought H means "holodnaya". These are correct in the shower though.

My wife thinks that the room chandeliers don't match the overall retro design theme.

It may be non-trivial for some guests to find the power cable hidden inside the kettle base.

Last but not least: keyless door locks are supposed to have their entry codes changed for each new guest for proper security. However, by good old Soviet tradition where doorkeys were normally stored under outside entrance mats, the entry codes are hard printed on room cards which don't look single-use ;-)

Beautiful hotel and amazing staff!
Pros:

Retro Boutique Hotel is one of the most stunningly beautiful hotels I've stayed in.

The interior — the furniture, the décor, every detail — is gorgeous. And the view of the Black Sea from the balcony is simply breathtaking. I slept like a baby and woke up to that view. Hard to beat.

Ana is a sweetheart — kind, patient, helpful, and a wonderful conversationalist.

Gio, who worked the night shift, was equally warm and went out of his way to help me when I had trouble getting into my room one night.

Highest recommendation. I'll absolutely be back.
